Feeling Great Now

My neck hurt for 3 weeks and massages just weren't helping. My therapist said I should try Chiropractic and told me about Elements. I set up an appointment pushing my skepticism aside.

I met with Dr. Jimmy and he talked to me about my problem. I was told that my muscles had trigger points, very tight and painful constrictions, in my muscles that were holding my neck stiff. Ok, that made sense. After the treatment I was instantly out of pain and felt better than ever.

On my second visit, I met with Chris and he worked on my neck and back like a trigger point seeking missile. He answered more of my questions and I was given home stretches and exercises to do.

I love this place!

1. Doctors care, take their time and are patient.

2. No waiting in the waiting room.

3. They take my insurance.

4. Took care of me and my problem

Fabulous, friendly, and affordable!

Elements Total Health Center is FANTASTIC! I first went to them for acupuncture/massage that I got on a Groupon. But Roxy - the owner - was so great that I've been back twice for additional acupuncture and now I'm going for massage as well. Roxy is delightful, professional, and VERY easy to work with. And the massage I got last week was the most therapeutic massage I've ever had! The therapist really listened to me, focused on those areas that needed attention, and gave me the massage I needed - not just the routine massage that makes you feel like you've bought the standard recipe or pat formula. The atmosphere is professional but also warm and relaxing. And their prices are excellent - especially if you take advantage of the "Happy Hours." I highly recommend this place - you won't b sorry!!!

Everything you need in one place

As someone who has always had to drive all over town to get the services that I wanted, my brother suggested I find a practice that incorporated Acupuncture, Chiropractic and Massage. I was sold after my first visit to Elements. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. The fact that they also accept insurance is a further plus. Anyone in the area should check out the practice, and sign up for the monthly newsletters that provide updates on specials-

caring acupuncture and massage

Roxy Han, my acupuncturist at Elements, is a classically trained acupuncturist whose treatments are straightforward and effective. (I didn't want muscle testing or some of the other new-agey things offered by some local acupuncturists.) The office is serene, clean and comfortable, and all the professionals there know what they are doing. There is plenty of free parking (at least in the evening when I go.) and they have evening and weekend hours. I have had one massage and many acupuncture treatments and they have all been of the highest quality. I first picked Elements because I live in South Pasadena, but I keep going there because their work is so good. I recommend their treatments without reservation. They are reasonably priced. They also participate in community activities, which I appreciate.

A hidden oasis!

I discovered this place on google a long time ago and noticed they had a wonderful introductory rate for first time massage patients which I just couldn't pass up. I'm so glad I decided to try them! From the very first visit I felt welcomed and comfortable. Hannah, the massage therapist is WONDERFUL! I'm a bartender and have a lot of shoulder and leg discomfort and she always has me leaving feeling like jell-o! It's become such a treat to visit; something to look forward to. I will continue to choose Elements and recommend it to everyone!
