Caitlin is the blonde whisperer. She's thorough, listens to exactly what you want and pays attention to every fine detail when it comes to executing perfect blonde highlights. It doesn't hurt that she's easy going, fun to talk with and super down-to-earth. She's the best at what she does and I wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair color!

Caitlin is absolutely spectacular!!! What more needs to be said other than that?? Yes, she is beyond extraordinaire with blondes but is just as fabulous with brunettes!! The MOST accommodating, hard-working, creative and passionate stylist I've ever met. I've had many sets of extensions done over the years and found myself in tears with sets that either ripped out half my hair or just turned into one giant knot ball. Her Extensions skills are phenomenal and there is no one who does them quite like her. And forget about worrying who's around watching what's going on with you and your hair - Caitlin's salon is private and makes you feel like you're right at home, hanging out with your girls, sippin' on something tasty and talkin' all sorts of good salon shop talk! Look no further. You've found the expert you've been searching for! :)

Caitlin is a blonde genius. Caitlin is a blonde genius. I'm a natural blonde who crossed over to the dark side for the past few years. Going back light, not so easy. I found her on citysearch after AMAZING reviews, and after a consult I fully trusted her to get me back without frying my hair or any other number of disasters.

She took me back to my natural. It's amazing how close the shade is to my natural color. She takes her time to do it right, and has an amazing eye for detail.

If you're going blonde, want better blonde, whatever, SHE IS YOUR GIRL!

Awesome colorist!!!!. Awesome colorist! I found Caitlin by googling "best blonde colorist" in LA. i moved to LA a couple of years ago but was unable to find a good colorist. Some made my hair too brassy. And some made my hair too ashy. Caitlin has a gift. She has been nothing but a perfectionist. I cannot tell you how many compliments I have gotten from women asking me where I get my hair done and telling me what a beautiful shade of blonde I have. This has never happened before--although I've been a blonde all my life.

Caitlin also does extensions and I am seriously considering getting them done by her considering how wonderful she is at coloring her hair. Her salon is beautifully decorated. She has a wonderful personality and goes out of her way to make her clients feel welcome. Parking is validated. And the salon itself is in a great area of town. Caitlin has a gift and all blondes need to go see her for her coloring needs. She's a gifted artist in my opinion!

Caitlin Richardson Hair stylist. this was probably the best "hair" experience i have every had (and i've had a lot)!!!!!

Caitlin knows her stuff. I went in there asking her for what i thought was the impossible, a red base with a lighter red ombre on my ends. She did what i asked for & exceeded my expectations by a MILLION! i absolutely LOVE my new red hair! :)

On top of the fact that Caitlin is a genius hair stylist, she is also super sweet, funny, honest & an easy going person. I've never felt so comfortable getting my hair done in my life. Not to mention her salon is awesome! The salon is easily accessible & very private and peaceful..this makes the whole experience that much more enjoyable :)

This girl knows her blondes.... I actually found Caitlin while looking online for the best blonde stylists/colorists in LA (i'm still pretty new to the area). Her name came up several times and I'm so glad I called her! I was trying to lighten my hair to a medium/light blonde and she did a fantastic job in helping me to decide the correct color for my skin-tone. I opted for full highlights, which obviously take a bit longer, but we had a great time and she made me feel super comfortable and paid very close attention to detail throughout the process. She also helped me tone my hair correctly so that it wouldn't turn brassy and gave me great suggestions for products I could find to sustain the color.

Awesome experience, awesome salon space, and obviously, Caitlin is the best! I'd recommend her (and have :) to anyone!

Most amazing extensions. I beyond love caitlin! I have always had short baby thin hair which i hate. A model that works for our company referred me to her in october and i am so glad she did!! I was very skeptical about hair extensions because i have had bad experiences with them damaging my hair, and i wa also skeptical because all of her reviews say that she is a blonde expert and i am a brunette! Not only did she do an amazing job (people stop me all the time to tell me how great my hair looks and they are SHOCKED to find out they are extensions) but she also is super laid back and fun to hangout with while getting your hair done. She listens to great music, and has great style, i could go on for days! Plus, on occasion she pours me a glass of wine while she puts my extensions in...how could you go wrong? I highly recommend her!

Easy going listens and understands you!. Caitlin is such a wonderful person, this was my first time going in, and she corrected my hair, she did an amazing job, not only that she welcomed me and listened to what I needed to be done. I really LOVED that about her, I have been to different hair colorists and they never seemed to listen or understand me. I'm looking foward to my next appointment. She's the best in town.

Top blonde colorist in LA!. Caitlin is amazing! After searching for “Best Blonde Colorist in LA” Caitlin’s name immediately came up. I sifted through all of the reviews, trying to find the “catch.” Aside from a couple of reviews who were probably written by pretentious fuddy duddies, I was impressed with what everyone else had to say and was dialing her number seconds later. Caitlin spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me on our first phone call, learning more about my hair type and getting to know my personality – who does that?! Caitlin does. Here’s the need to know:

1) Awesome setting: Located in 8000 Sunset Complex w/ Trader Joe’s, Crunch Gym etc. Caitlin has her own space in Salon Republic. No high saditty salon where you can feel every eye in the salon judging you from head to toe as you enter, just a really nice, relaxed, beautifully decorated space you get to call your own for a couple of hours.

2) Caitlin is super laid back and is just downright cool. If you are expecting a bobble-headed, tight-lipped, un-opinionated doormat to do your hair, then it’s possible Caitlin isn’t the girl for you. She’s real, she’s fun, she’s open-minded and can bs with the best of them.

3) Okay, okay, I’ll get to the hair. My blonde hair color was amazing. A few days after my appointment with Caitlin, I went to get my hair trimmed by another top stylist in LA and she wouldn’t stop obsessing about my hair color. I can’t count how many times she said “Your hair color is UH-mazing!” To hear someone in the same profession speak of my hair with such enthusiasm was the ultimate compliment. In addition to that, Caitlin TRULY cares about your hair, which to me, is just as equally, if not more important, than the end result.

Simply put, Caitlin is the truth!

BEST BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS IN LA!. Ok- I have been looking for someone amazing to do my blonde highlights in LA for literally 4 years and finally feel as if my prayers have been answered. I went to Caitlin today after looking up "best Blonde Highlights in Los Angeles" and finding her name (along with some great reviews). To make a long story short, my hair really looks good and I am a very VERY tough critic and have tried (and really been disappointed by) a number of LA's "top" colorists. I am happy to say, that I have found my girl and will recommend her to everyone...Caitlin took her time to tell me exactly what I needed to fix the past damage, and was so incredibly thorough and thoughtful. I cant rave enough about her work and was very excited to write this review. Trust me and try her, you wont be disappointed.
