Built in 1927 and located in the heart of L.A.'s Fashion District, this 11-story tower houses many showrooms, offices and events of or relating to contemporary fashion. Operating as a downtown space in the City of Angels is no cakewalk, but this stable structure, originally called the Cooper Building, continues to stand out in the sea of consumers and producers that call this area home. One of the nation's first discount retail centers and now revamped to again house big name showrooms--like 7 for All Mankind, Splendid and Juicy Couture--this den of creativity has 22,000 square feet of space devoted to creative pursuits.
