Got what I needed with great service. The service was great and the staff was very knowledgeable about the products. The times I have dropped by has been very convenient. They seem to always have what I am looking for and I like the people there. If they dont have it, they'll make the extra effort to find the spray I was looking for.

great customer service!. This beauty supply store has a HUGE selection of products! Also, their staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable when it comes to the beauty products, and they really go the extra mile in assisting you with your selections.

Best beauty products on the West Side!!!!. I needed some special hair care products and Prima was EXACTLY what I was searching for. Not only was Prima really upscale but the service was EXCELLENT. The sales associates are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Prima is your one stop shop for the best hair care, skin care and beauty products. I've turned all my friends into devoted clientele. Note...there is plenty of underground parking so don't be discouraged by the busy corner.
