As trashy as the neighborhood nearby

I have never been in a gym where every other person looked like a gangbanger, with tattoos, dou- rags (however you spell it, looks like panty house on a black man's head), bandanas, chains, and excessive cursing and even spitting on the floor! The class instructors are out of shape. The last one I saw for an aerobics class easily was 50lbs overweight, would do two jumping jacks, then huff and puff and tell the rest of the class to continue while she tried to catch her breath. Last night I saw a morbid obese woman working the front counter. I have been a member for nearly ten years now, and after visiting this facility for a year, I have decided to move to gold's gym in Redondo Beach. To sum it up, this gym is as trashy as the neighborhood next to it. I felt like I walked into Compton.

24-Hour Fitness in Redondo Beach

Despite its sanitary drawbacks, and they aren't life threatening, a great, inexpensive club. Adjacent to Lawndale so be sure and lock your car. Well worth the financial and physical investment.
- Pros: Good club - excellent equipment; courteous staff
- Cons: Infastructure tired - bathrooms, shower area dingy.

My Main Gymnasium

This gymnasium is very clean and is usually great for almost any excercise plan you are on. The crowd is fun and the staff is helpful. Nice place. . .
