I bring my Jeep Wrangler to the dealer maintenance department pretty infrequently. I've had the same service person for years, so that is nice. They keep the appointment and the car is ready when they say it will be. I usually just wait, typically just getting oil changes, minor maintenance, and tire rotation. It's more expensive than the oil change only places, but they keep my records so I go. The waiting room could use a serious upgrade though.

this is easily the most unresponsive repair place I have EVER taken my car to. they don't return calls; it took me 8 (yes, EIGHT) different people to find me the price of a part, and I still haven't gotten the phone call back regarding the installation cost. (no, one person cannot give you the cost of the part AND the cost of the installation; you have to talk to two people and add it up yourself.). when my car was in the shop for a week, I never got a call telling me what the problem was, and I left messages twice a day. they do know Jeeps; they do warrantied service, but other than that, I'm finding another place.

Henry Ford, sales manager at the Buerge Chrysler dealership in Santa Monica, California, said, You can have a new car or your money back. What happened instead with the constantly breaking Chrysler Sebring 2008 convertible was a nightmare. Please read my editorial on this page to understand my message here buy be ware. I hope they dont sell my Sebring convertibles in Los angeles Dealerships. the care will end up being recalled as i see it.
