terrible customer service
Most people probably don't take the time to write positive reviews, but I will.
We bought a bathroom fixture a few years back and when a bulb went out, we found out we couldn't remove ANY of the bulbs (bad design, IMHO).
We went back to them and showed them the problem. They took time (it took a few weeks) to lobby the manufacturer, but eventually they got us a new fixture for nothing! It would have been easy for them to say "Not our problem" or "Sorry, it's past warranty", or "No receipt? No help." -- but they didn't.
Good people trying to do the right thing, IMHO.
Great Product, Great Employees. The quality of their service & their customer service was great. I will definitely go back and recommend it to my friends and family. I walked in looking for a coffee table and left two matching lamps that I sooo love
A Balanced Review. Go in there expecting three star or less service and that's what you'll get. Go in there patiently, with a smile on your face like a wealthy patron and customer service will be extremely polite and helpful. I got two helpers at the store that gave me five star service. I think there maybe one or two meaner employees at the store if I remember from my last visit, but give them a break they work in a lamp store for crying out loud; and are exposed to an insane amount of electromagnetic brightness at all hours!
Don't waste your time or $. Terrible customer service. The sales staff has an attitude, as if they're being bothered by the customer.
