Reservations. It seems they dont care about reservations..... I've called 3 times and left messages per there request and no one calls you back, this makes it very diffecult to schedule a Birthday party or Company function. They need to learn to call customers back or they will lose them for ever.

We had a blast at the Piano Bar!!!. I have been waiting for something like this in Long Beach for a long time. I went with my mom (71) myself (49) and my neighbor's daughter (30). My husband didn't want to go.

I think we covered all the age groups in attendance, however the majority were probably in their 30s. We arrived at 7pm (with reservations) and stayed until about 11:30pm. I think for myself and my mom, we could have stayed until 10pm and been fine (the later you stay the younger the music crowd was), this was fine, we just stayed later because, the 30 year old with us was waiting for her "guy" friend to show up and we didn't want to leave her alone.

The entertainers were great, the wait staff was excellent and the food was good.

One problem was after our 3rd glass of wine, they ran out of the house chardonay and only had chardonay for $10.00 per glass after that......you think they would have had more then 1 bottle for the evening? Our excellent waiter found something else for us to drink a little cheaper.

The other was that both my mom and I both sent money to the stage (my mom $10.00 for Piano Man) and me ($20.00 for 3 songs). They never sang my mom's and only 1 out of 3 of mine.

Really, they were terrific piano players and singers (all 4, we liked the girl the best), and they had great interaction with the crowd, but we would have liked to have had our songs sang or at least tell us to pick another....

As the evening progressed, it got more crowded (which is more fun, the more people you have). I think everyone there had a great time in all.

I want to say thanks to the people who opened this up in Long Beach, it's been a long time since we have had something like this, I just wish I was 15 years younger!!!
