The Loft- Best Hair Place i know. I just recently got my hair done and had a facial at the loft and it was fantastic! The facial specialist will relax you to the point when you do not want to leave. She is very good at what she deos and has a great personality because its very important to feel comfortable wherever you are. I also loved getting treated well by the receptionist she was very polite. The stylist who did my hair is Lynda. She gave me a glam shag and re-highlighted my highlights better and also did a base color. Im in love with my hair it is a huge difference from before and after but a great one at that. I recommend you to get your hair done with her she knows what shes doing and knows how to make you look great without being dramatic, i love that its different and i can still wear it as a daily hair style. She is a very nice person and easy to talk to so make your hair appointment now you wont regret it. I also want to recommend my make up artist, chase, she did a great job on my make up i felt so confident and looked great. I want to thank everyone at the Loft for inviting me in and making it a great experience!! =]

Yeaaa found a new home and a new stylist!. I received the best cut & color that I EVER had! Thank you Lynda! My hair is a far cry from a cut from supercuts as the other review mentioned. My cut couldn't be more perfect!

First the receptionist introduced herself and offered me a beverage, I was thrilled that wine was on the menu! I was asked if I would like to take a tour of the salon, which I did. I guess that is their way of making the client feel more comfortable.

I was then taken back to Lynda, which she greeted me with a smile and took the time to sit with me and go over some hairstyles. She worked her magic and I looked like a million bucks!

The place is very eco-friendly, Lynda even mentioned that they save all the hair and donate it so it can be used for hair mats to soak up oil spills on beaches etc. This place is amazing!

I think the other reviewer is confused, there are 2 different lofts, one in eagle rock, and the other in beverly hills. I am assuming the pricing is according to the general pricing of the area to which it's located. So they were probably looking at eagle rock and not at beverly hills pricing. I found her to be very reasonable for beverly hills.

The parking is fantastic, they validated my ticket and the garage was close, walking distance, plus I was told they are getting valet. My review doesn't do this place justice, I love it here, I found a new home. :)

Great concept, mediocre cut. I decided to give the loft a try after reading all of the great reviews on Citysearch and looking at their website. It's in a really easy to find location with surprisingly easy parking. The salon itself is very open and welcoming and all of the people that work there are all really nice. I love the idea of being as eco-friendly as possible also.

However, that's about all I liked. I booked my appointment for a cut with Lynda. Their website shows that cuts for women cost $55-$75. The menu, which I wasn't given until I was walking out the door, has haircuts that run up to $115. I was charged even higher than that for a mediocre haircut that I could have gotten at Supercuts or Fantastic Sams.

I love the concept of being an eco-friendly salon and I don't doubt that there are some amazing stylists at the loft, but after the extreme difference in advertised prices for haircuts and the outrageous price I was charged for my extremely average cut, I will not be returning to the loft.

The Best Salon. The Loft is the nicest place with the friendliest people that are down to earth. Ellie is by far the best hair stylist. She can work well with you, no matter what your problem might be, and she is someone you can always connect to. I have been going to her for a few years and I haven't let anyone touch my hair ever since!

Love the Loft!. I parked in the back and walked into a "green" get away. I was promptly greeted by a friendly good looking blonde gentleman. He escorted me to a bright room light by a skylight, where I was introduced to the amazing Doris. I sat in an ultra comfy chair while sipping on chilled fresh cucmber water, and discussed what I had in mind for my hair. Doris listened and lead me to the shampoo area where I received a wonderful scalp massage with organic delicious smelling shampoo, When she was finished with shampooing, cutting, and styling my hair, I felt like my fresh new cut and I could conquer the world!

Doris is the best hair stylist I have come across in a long time. She knows how to cut your hair so that it shapes your face and brings out your best features. She layered my hair and gave me soft whispy bangs. I highly recommend the Loft on Wilshire in Beverly Hills.

Eco Friendly Salon with the Best Hairdresser in Town!. I love this Place! It's new and eco-friendly. Super comfy, unpretentious and beautiful. It's best asset is Ellie! I had terribly damaged hair and found this little gem of a hair specialist! I came with her to this new Salon as I can't live without her! She's by far the best I have ever found, and well, she's funny too! As for the Spa, it's absolutely fabulous! i absolutely LOVE IT!

Great Haircut by Doris!!. I've been to places all over LA looking for a salon I was comfortable with and a great staff and this is the place! Doris gave me a great haircut, she really listened to what i was looking for. The salon is super clean, relaxed and so comfortable even where they wash your hair feels like your laying on a couch. I highly recommend this salon and Doris, she's the best. I will defintely be going back.

Excellent place! Love Doris!. The atmosphere is very lovely. It is serene, quiet, and unpretentious. It is in Beverly Hills, but not one of those annoying arrogant places. I am very sensitive when it comes to my hair. And Doris did a great job on my hair! I will definitely go back to her for my next haircut. I would definitely recommend her! Excellent place and excellent people!
