Horrible Customer Service and Support

I was extremely disappointed w/ the outcome of my order w/ CompuAmerica, and the level of customer service that they provided to me. It was one of the worst shopping experiences that I've ever had. The reps were all very rude. One even yelled at me and called me a liar. I canceled my order, and I'm glad that I did because in addition to buying a computer from them, I also purchased a warranty, and if this is their idea of customer service before they have my money, then I can only imagine the headache of trying to get them to fix a problem with one of their own systems after you've given them all of your money. They obviously care nothing about their customers, and your orders w/ them. They just want to get your money and proceed to forget all about you and your purchase.
