Movie Rental Done Right!. A Video Store Named Desire is a movie lover's dream! Mike, the owner, is extremely friendly and loves to suggest new films to his patrons if they are unsure what to rent. His collection, which is in the 10's of thousands, takes a while to sift through, but, there is rarely a movie you won't find. And if there is such a film, Mike will gladly order it for you because he's JUST THAT NICE. Best of all, the rental price is only $1 and that includes new releases! Say goodbye to Blockbuster, forever, and take pleasure in supporting your local merchants. You won't find a better selection at the cost!

A long time friend. this sttore is a very long ttime friend of our s. the staff is very nice and the movies are only a $1 with a very high quality. This video store is the store I always go to to get our movies. I hope it willl be yours aswell.

hole-in-the-wall movie rental. I highly highly recommend this video store if you live in the West LA area. It's a small store, but it has great selection. Plus, its dirt cheap- only $1 to rent a DVD! However, you only have one day rentals for the new flicks, though you have a longer grace period for the older movies. But the cool thing is you can use your late fee to get more movies! So just say your late fee is ~$3... you can just use those $3 to rent 3 more movies (though I think it has to be on the spot). The guy who works there is very knowledgable about movies, so don't be reluctant to ask him for his advice! He even has a website for questions now. Oh, and it's totally worth it to rent out television series on DVD... it's only $1 per disc~

Forget Blockbuster.... A Video Store Named Desire has the best selection of any store I've ever seen. If they don't have what you want, they will buy it just so you can rent it. What other store will do that? All videos are a $1 rental for the first day, and they have all the same releases as the big chains. It's a bit small, but they pack a lot of punch into that space. Check it out!
