Like T.O. ....... Never Again..... I've never had an account on Citysearch before, but I had to sign up just to warn everyone (Philadelphians and others alike) of this place....

My buddy and I had just passed by after getting some liquor at Wally's... I saw the storefront and said, "I've always wanted to go in there... I've heard it's great."

What a mistake... First off, the bartender (never mind he wasn't a good bartender) was clad in Cubs gear.... a Cubs T-shirt and hat.... WTF.... when we questioned him about it, he said, "I’m a Cubs fan… so this is what I wear. I’m a Colts fan, too. I love wearing my jersey when all those Eagle fans are here… I’m the bartender… what are they gonna do?” Wow… just wow…. We should have left then and there, but much to our chagrin, we decided to stay and try the steak… another disappointment – No wiz, no Amoroso roll… the bread tasted like they went to Ralph’s and bought a crate of stale rolls on Manager’s Special…. And the damn thing was cooked by a guy wearing a Dodger’s hat…

We could not have finished those sandwiches faster and gotten the hell out of there any quicker….. Philly fans… Philly blood…. Be warned… DO NOT GO HERE……

Best Philly Cheese Steaks on the Westside. Being from the Philly area I am quite picky to where I eat cheese steaks. This place is definitely the best I've found on the West Side. Plus the prices are quite reasonable and the atmosphere is great.

Definitely avoid the Philly Cheese steak place in the Westwood Village, no self respecting PA person would eat that junk, go to Philly West!!!

Authentic Philly Cheesesteaks. This little sports bar makes you feel right at home if you're from Philly. Excellent authentic Philly Cheesesteaks, nice people and good beer. I highly recommend it.

Great Beer, Great Cheesesteaks. While philly west isn't the largest bar/foodery in Westwood, it's one of the tastiest. Walk in, sit down, and order a Hoagie Steak and a pitcher of Firestone Double Barrel Ale. The Hoagie Steaks themselves arent really AMAZING, but there's something about them, when coupled with good beer and good atmosphere that's really tasty. They have several TVs as well. Even though chili fries aren't on the menu you can still order them, but the fries are an aquired taste. I can usually go without getting fries and be ok with that.
