Tips for Feast From The East

Try the Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry. I've driven by here a lot but never tried the restaurants in this area. Feast from the East chinese chicken salad is sold in stores and I've enjoyed it so I figured I'd give the restaurant a try. The chinese chicken salad didn't disappoint and the broccoli chicken stir fry was very fresh. They seared the chicken well and it wasn't greasy like a lot of chinese restaurants.

Great place for lunch or casual dinner. I tried their chicken teriyaki and I was not disappointed at all. It was a simple dish but had all the good flavors in it and was cooked properly with fresh ingredients. The portion was also pretty big. Reasonable prices for all the items on the menu. Very clean place. I will definitively go back more often.

A great lunch spot located in Westwood!. I had lunch here yesterday and even though I didn't get the famous Chinese Chicken Salad, I was very impressed. I had a great lunch and the portion was HUGE!

Great Chinese Chicken Salad & More!. Love their chinese chicken salad with lite dressing. Their little teriyaki & sesame seed chicken wings are to die for. Their brown rice is the best. I don't typically care for brown rice, but will only eat it from Feast from the East. Great for eating in or for catering. Yes you can order to pickup for a party. Our guest also love Feast from the East Chinese chicken salad and just devoured the seasame seed chicken wings. It was a success!

Never Disappoints. the all time best salad in the world. i have my co-workers hooked and now they purchase it by the box at costco too. the sesame wings are really good too. i've been going there for over 15 years and it never disappoints.

Best chinese chicken salad!. Just like the other users, I have to commend the chinese chicken salad at this place. It is definitely the star of the menu. Considering it is on Westwood, it's quite a trek finding parking, but if you can't find it in the first few tries, you might want to dine elsewhere. The other Chinese dishes are pretty good too, but I don't really recommend their Pad Thai (you should go to a Thai restaurant). I'm not a huge fan of Asian fusion places.

User review by balgus. The Chinese Chicken Salad is great here and well worth its price. The Yaki Soba Noodles don't really taste like Yaki Soba Noodles and you can find better Pad Thai elsewhere. Parking is difficult to find unless you valet. I'd recommend this place only if you're in the mood for salad or you plan on buying salad dressing.

Casual Westwood cafe lays claim to the quintessential Chinese chicken salad.. In Short
Die-hard regulars opt for this storefront's takeout counter over the plain white dining room where UCLA co-eds sit in chatty groups at cafeteria-style tables. The Chinese-Japanese menu includes pork buns, yakisoba noodles, teriyaki chicken and oil-free stir-fries. But since opening in 1981, the restaurant's highlight has been the Chinese chicken salad. The combination of romaine lettuce, almond slivers, chicken shreds, scallions, sesame seeds, fried wontons and homemade dressing continues to hook new addicts every day.

All about the dressing. These guys have the best chinese chicken salad dressing. I periodically buy bottles of them and give them to family and friends. The menu isn't as extensive but you can get nice little options like brown rice or no-oil stirfry.
