Never Again. I thought I would try this place, since I live in the area, and love Thai food. I will never eat here again.

I ordered a jasmine tea. Upon drinking it, I was shocked to find it tasted like water. There were two teabags in the little pot - I couldn't figure out what the problem was. I asked the waitress for another tea bag. When this bag was added to the pot, the tea became robust and full flavored. I realized then that the first two bags were used!!!!! I understand that times are tough - but used tea bags?? C'mon!

I then ordered a noodle soup, which was very bland. The meat and vegetables were skimp - but it was the broth - it had no flavor!!

Then, to my horror, I found long thick black hair in it! I called the waitress over and told her about it. She left with my bowl, apologized, and came back with it a minute later. She obviously just took the hair out and threw it in a microwave to heat it back up.

On top of that, the place looks unclean and just kinda ghetto - especially for the weatside.

If you want good, inexpensive Thai food on the west side - go to Siam Chan down the street. It's behind 20/20 video - the food is amazing.

It must have been taken over by new ownership. I have been going to this restaurant for MANY years and I must say the service, food portions and most importantly, the taste of the food is just not what it used to be.

Instead of giving the original proportion of curry in the tall container, they now use the short one.

Instead of giving the red hot sauce in the plastic containers they offer this yucky stuff in those cheap plastic pouches. It tastes gross!

They don't use a lot of vegetables or meat - it tends to be mostly broth now.

I am looking around for a new Thai place to go. It's a shame because Thai Talay lost a VERY loyal customer who brought them so much business over the years.

When you are stingy with the public and offer so little for your buck it's time to start looking for another establishment. Perhaps they might figure things out when they begin losing more of their customer base.

Fast and tasty Thai food. I eat here pretty frequently. Food is excellent and usually very fast. They have convenient parking right behind the building (there is also a city and street meter parking nearby if their lot is filled), which is a big plus in this part of town. I mark this place down for their decor, which is too simplistic and seems a bit unclean (but I think they are rated A by health inspector).

They deliver within 3 mile radius, but you might want to check the hours because the recent menu I have says 11am - 11pm (not 2am).

Got noodle?. I tried the general noodle and it is excellent. I also frequently ordered the cha po dish which is something like chinese BBQ items over rice and smothered with their special sauce. One last thing, this restaurant do deliver their cooking to nearby negihbourhood.
