really really know their stuff. i rarely do reviews... i do reviews for the ones that are worth it... this is one of them...

great customer service from the minute you walk in... until you walk out...

big selection...

price wise... i wouldnt say its cheap, lets just put it at you get what you paid for... really good quality...

Best Eyewear place in town. Great personalize friendly service, if you are in Los Angeles and looking for a new pair of glasses the chances are that you are going to find it here. They are very knowledgeable and their recommendations and suggestions are right in the spot, I will defenitely come back for any eyewear needs!

A great place for frames!. I've never written a review about anything. However, the service at Optx Fine Eyewear is such that I felt compelled. I puchased my first pair of progressives (no-line bifocals) & they look and feel great. I received several compliments that very day! The owner, Wayne knew exactly which frames would be good for me. He was very knowledgable & helpful. His associate, Amanda was very helpful as well & they have a wide selection of frames. I live in Long Beach & will definitely go there again for my glasses/sunglasses. It is worth the drive.

What a way to See?. I have been walking into Optx for about a year, and kept looking and waited until Insurance, Look, Feel were just right. Wayne was very patient, and every time I walked in was greeted wonderfully. When all was ready, and knew it was time to replace glasses, Wayne and Associates were fantastic! What a warm and welcoming place. Wayne always pointed me to a pair of frames that looked good, and felt good, even with my specifics and whining...he was amazing. I was so thrilled with the frames, service and assistance, I got a second pair. I cannot recommend Optx, enough. Whether you like to browse and just look, or want to ask for everyone's opinion in the store...it is the place for your eyeglass needs.

OPTX great place to get your new fashion off the Blvd.. The first time i walked into Optx, i was greeted with a smile and a warm atmosphere. Some great eclectic music was playing and i was instantly attracted to the feel of the store. Wayne just knows face types and can peg you down to the exact pair that will fit your face type. For me, he showed me some cool Persol and the classic Raybans, i instantly fell in love with the Raybans and bought a pair. I will be going back as soon as i find another pair that i need.

With his impressive knowledge about eye prescriptions and a unique background in the eye-wear design field, Wayne generously shows you many frame choices and zeros in your personal style and needs. His expertise along with his refreshing and comforting SERVICE made me relax and have confidence that I was getting something I'd be happy with. New Varvatos Glasses!. I've been in customer service for over 10 years and honestly, the guys over at Optx Fine Eyewear are some of the best in the business. Do your self a favor and see what it feels like to be in a warm atmosphere with people that really care about your happiness and satisfaction...it really does go a long way.

Style and Service. I needed a pair of prescription sunglasses because my eyes don't work well with contacts. I must have tried on every pair in the store until I found a pair of Persol's that fit me perfectly. The sales staff (Amanda) was extremely helpful and honest in telling me what works for my face and what doesn't. The turn around from purchase to pick-up was super quick and there were no hassles.

When I came back to get an adjustment, I met the owner (Wayne), who was very friendly and really helpful in adjusting my frames, so now they are completely perfect. Great place. Will definitely go back when it's time for some new frames.

Excellent Service!. I knew I wanted a pair of Oliver Peoples, but I was unsure of the right style for my face. Wayne really helped me through the process. He was very helpful with my reimbursement from VSP. He gave me a great deal on the lenses too. I can't say enough good things about Optix, and I love my glasses.

Customer Service with STYLE. Wayne is so knowledgeable about eye wear trends and what looks good on the individual. I have had many compliments on my Ray Bans. He has a great selection as well. A welcome addition to the Boulevard!
