My experience is postive. I go to the Placentia location because Tina provides a great massage. Your results could be mixed unless you can lock in on a therapist that you like and request that person by name. Once you do, then the membership provides good value.

Good massage but.... The massage was nice, but all they try to do is sell you on joining their club. It got too annoying. I am not going back.

NEVER AGAIN!. A these northern orange county massage envies there is more nepotism involved in the hiring process now more than ever. The newer employees are obviously not able to do the job and are publicly lazy it definitely raised eyebrows amongst the veteran employees.

At the Brea location they currently have an expired license displayed on the wall in the lobby. The locations are good for the customer as far as convenience but they do not take into account the noise level of the surrounding businesses. The clinic in Brea has been open for thirteen months and is on its fourth manger because of the lack of professionalism. The owners are a husband and wife that changed careers mid life and the man used to be in computers so he has no idea whatsoever how to be personable. They only care about money. They are money-people not people-people who feed prospective clients anything and everything to get them to buy their memberships.

Do not support them if you have a membership to these clinics transfer your membership to a better organized Massage Envy team, and go to other locations whenever possible. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Terrible Massage. Horrific Experience!. Worst Massage I have ever had. I think they got this gal right out of school, and it shows! No way would I join after that crappy massage!

Great Massage Experience!. The old adage "you get what you pay for" does not apply here. I received a first-rate massage at a more than reasonable rate of $39. Even better - I joined (this is a membership deal thing) and get a massage every month for $59. That's like, 50% less than what I usually pay every few months. I'm not rich - but i'm stressed! so, needless to say, I loved it and had a great experience here. Tip: when you book the appointment try to tell them what you like in a massage because they have lots of masseuses and they're all different. I've had 2 different ones (a girl and a guy) and they were both good - i like a strong massage.

It's nice to have a place to get a regular massage without a lot of hassle. Thanks!
