Awesome. This is really one of the best places in LA, everything about this place is just amazing. You can tell it is more of an up market scene, but well worth it. I will be coming back here often.

WOW.. No wonder the likes of David and Victoria, Prince, Ashton and Brittany all keep coming back here. You can't find a spot like this in LA. Not so sure about the uniforms, they may freeze come winter, but the drinks and food are really good. Plus maybe they stay warm from all the running around they do (we had to wait a bit for our drinks, but the group we were with hardly noticed because there was so much to look at) I guess the food is done by Bondst downstairs, so it has that going for it too. Sushi, over 9 stories up, yum!

Best view in La/hot...friendly staff. This experience was different then any other L.A spot yet! I have been to almost every lounge, club scene in Los Angeles, and never have I felt comfortable. This place has done an amazing job staffing, the sushi(as well as other selection of meals) pleased everyone at our tbl! And we are picky group,lots of complainers! Our waitress, suggested various dished that she liked and it turns out she was right! The mojitos are awesome, fresh mint and not too sweet! The waitress was super busy yet, didnt let us feel her stress she must of felt. I actually wanted to be friends with the girl, I guess its just nice to be somewhere beautiful with beautiful people and not feel like everyone is stuck up! The scene is trendy of course, bev hills! But a diverse group of hotel guest from all over the country, to chic la vibe, to awesome gals who work there! Its a must see, esp daytime to go swim! Or just for lunch, I snuck in lol not too hard for daytime if your spending haha.....and not causing any trouble

As the Thompson hotel's crowing glory, this two-level rooftop houses a full bar, pool deck, gym and the most glorious 360-degree-view of Beverly Hills (hence the name, Above Beverly Hills). But don't bother trying to access any of these amenities unless you're a hotel guest or VIP. Weekdays tend to draw a slightly older crowd of business folks, but come Saturday night, bikinis replace suits as the uniform of choice. While the views may be spectacular and the scene stylish, there's no need to come for the food, which is all prepared and brought from BondSt downstairs. The menu has the usual Japanese suspects--rolls, sashimi, seafood--as well a few more American-friendly odddities like hot dogs and chicken club sandwiches.
