WOW! After giving up on ever getting the pre-mommy me back, was I delighted to find Dr. Cirami. He had been recommended by a couple of my friends who had the most amazing results. I had a tummy tuck and breastlift first. It went so well and I was treated like a princess, so I went back a year later and had a browlift and upper eyelids done. I am now planning to have some lipo on my thighs and under my neck. He really makes sure that you are medically checked-out, so you are safe and sound. I would never go anywhere else. I am so proud of my beautiful new self, which actually looks so natural, that most of the people in my world just tell me I look great, and to keep doing whatever I am doing! Thanks Dr. Cirami! You are the best! I guess 30 years of doing what you do so well really does make a difference. My daughter is having her nose revised by him next week, and can't wait.

The most gifted surgeon anywhere - Thank you Dr. Cirami for my perfect breasts (again!)

I originally had breast augementation with silicone implants over 20 years ago with Dr. Cirami. I subsequently wanted to replace my implants with saline (my own personal choice) - and went back after all these years to him. I was so happy with the results all those years ago and was even happier this time around. I have lots of girlfriends that have had implants and they all look and feel fake... No one even believed me when I told them my "perfect" breasts were compliments of a great plastic surgeon. I have seen lots of results from other patients while in the office, and they always look natural and beautiful (he's famous for his nasal surgery). I like that he's not a snooty, BH (television effected) surgeon and just a talented physician that truly cares about his patients and gets wonderful, fabulous results.

Thank you Dr. C for the wonderful (& natural) reconstructive surgery on my nose and breast augmentation. Although I was hesitant to have the surgery because of the problems I had in the past with another "famous" MD, I am so glad I did it - you're a true artist and a wonderful surgeon. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. To anyone that may be looking for "the best" - you've found him!
- Pros: very skilled - I now have the PERFECT nose (& great breasts too) -
- Cons: Wished I'd gone to him the first time; then I wouldn't have to have "reconstructive" procedures
