YUMMY NEW ASIAN OPTION AT WESTFIELD!.
I work in Century City so i was excited when a new restaurant with healthy options showed up! the 8 veggie salad is amazing - I get it with grilled chicken and its fabulous..also love the Veggie Bao..it has tofu with this amazingly unique sauce..very yummmy...
Its my new favorite place in century city, perfect before or after a movie and my ten year old asks for the smores bao at home! check it out....
This sleek addition to Westfield Century City's food terrace stands out for its creative menu that puts traditional Asian-fusion flavors in the unusual context of the bao..
This eatery has the one thing that saves it from its cheesy name and food court location--good food. Their unique take on the traditional Chinese bao, a steamed bun stuffed with a variety of savory fillings, introduces mall-goers to a little known dim sum favorite with a new Western twist. The buns, of which there are 8 varieties including the signature barbecue pork and the light and airy panko crusted fish, are served in pairs (mix and match!) and make a hearty meal in spite of their small size. The menu also includes fresh salads, noodles and other interesting concoctions like wasabi guacamole and a surprisingly tasty dessert bao filled with classic s'more fillings.
Take a Bao is a great spot for a quick bite in Century City.. I work in the Century City area and constantly find myself at the food court looking for a quick, healthy lunch. Take a Bao is my new favorite and is so yummy yet healthy. I really like the peanut chicken bao- it's two bao buns filled with chicken in a peanut sauce and topped with all sorts of veggies- cucumbers, carrots etc. and it comes with a very tasty side salad. Also the bao s'more is a ridiculously good, decadent dessert. I will be back!
