Good looking, poor phone service

This review is in regards to the phone answering service they provide. Be very careful. We would not recommend doing business with this facility, and Regus Business Center all together. We have had an ongoing phone issue now for 6 days without resolution. More importantly, when we continued to bring this matter to their attention they have responded with poor follow up, not returning calls as promised. At that point, we realized that Regus was unable to provide the phone service we needed, and requested that service be dropped. As we are all aware, the phone answering is a person's first impression of the company. So, we requested to downgrade our contract from phone services to mail collection only. Since their facilities look good, we thought it would be a good idea to continue to do business with them on that level. We elevated this matter to their CEO, Mark Dixon, who was nice enough to return our email stating that he would have a member of his senior management team to investigate as a matter of urgency on his behalf. We were hopelessly optimistic that this would be resolved and all can move forward. We received a call from a member of his senior staff stating that she was not willing to modify the contract, and the continued phone issue may continue for longer due to their phone provider experiencing problems. We reiterated our situation and requested for them to reconsider. She stated that she needed to get approval from someone else for this and once again promised a return call. With such a very simple issue, this now has escalated into frustration on our part for complete resolution.

We finally received another call from the same senior person stating that they will modify the contract to mail service only. Prior to receiving this call we rated this as only 1 star. We changed this rating to 2 stars because they did agree to modify the contract. From a phone answering service, we recommend doing business with another organization that has the ability to follow up in a timely manner. We hope this assists you in your decision.
