Amazing and Delicious Cuisine!. I was at Robata-Ya a couple days ago and had never been to a Yakitori restaurant before and man was I happy with the food. I am a huge sushi lover so the flavors and idea of this food was right up my alley. First off, the Pork-Belly, Pork-Gizzard, Chicken skin and 15 other skewer-type pieces (Meats and veggies) that I ate were an ideal flavor for the taste buds. On top of all the skewers and very flavorful vegetables that I had eaten for almost 2 hours of nonstop food heaven, the service was quick, friendly and very accommodating. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone, I mean anyone!!!

Chicken breasts and beef aren't the only meats that get skewered at this upscale Japanese restaurant: Sea urchins, pig intestines and cow tongue also get their end of the stick. Beverly Hills foodies looking to satiate their exotic cravings head here in slacks, button downs and casual dresses to scarf up on Chef Makato's latest creations. Aside from the skewered treats, guests dine along bottle-lined walls, sampling Kushi Katsu (deep fried Kobe beef meatballs) and the Robata potato served with black caviar. Those who want a less intimate experience sip a selection of sakes at the restaurant's central bar.
