To drink, well-trained baristas brew signature lattes, like honey cinnamon and Nutella with Ghirardelli sauce and hazelnut syrup, from artisan and organic roasts by Seattle-based Zoka Coffee. Meanwhile, Art of Tea supplies herbal blends, from traditional Earl Grey to exotic Japanese cherry and funky Golden Monkey.
