Wally's Wines - Worst Service - Avoid !. I ordered an expensive birthday gift to be shipped same-day locally to 90025. When I got the order confirmation I learnt that i have been charged an expensive $35 for delivery - however the agent neglected to mention this.

The order was never delivered. I have had to contact my credit card issuer to repudiate the transaction.

Worst buy and delivery service i have ever experienced.

Stop Smoking the Easy Way. Disposable Electronic Cigarettes only $10! Why carry on killing yourself with that hard to kick habit, when there's such an easy way to quit smoking.

And why waste your time with fancy boxes, chargers or dangerous as hell 'top-up' liquids?

Because our disposable electronic cigarettes are the perfect solution for anyone serious about giving up the evil weed.

Safe and easy to use. (In fact, they're a hell of a lot safer than the real thing)

Each 'e-cigarette' lasts about as long as a pack and a half of regular cigarettes.

When the taste goes, or the battery light flashes it's done. Throw it away and start another.

A genuine disposable smoke that could save your life.

Free Delivery on orders over 10 units.

Call (310) 308-1244 Stone Stedman or Google"electronic cigarettes Los Angeles" and look for 'Evans Electronic Cigarettes' today.

Outstanding selection and friendly service. My husband and I have been shopping at Wally's for years. They have such amazing selection of wine. From resonably priced everyday wines to rare and hard to find cult wines. Their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, I usually go with the staff's recommendations for gifts and dinner parties; now my friends think that I really know wine. I try to stop by on Saturdays so I can taste while I shop.;)

Wally's has the great wine events too. For the last several years we've been attending their Central Coast, UGC and Champagne tasting events. Sometimes it gets overwhelming since it's nearly impossible to try all of the wines that are being poured and taste the food. I only wish the events were a bit longer.

They recently expanded their cheese selection and it now has it's own store right across the parking lot. It's foodie heaven! My new favorite store is the Cheese Box. Yum.

Wally's Wine and Spirits Potential Fraud and Scam. I placed an order with this company on line and it was accepted. Few days later I was contacted via email saying that the shipping address (Garden Grove, CA) was not in California (?) and that I would have to provde a copy of my drivers license and debit card and sign their release form, which says that they are not held accountable for anything, even confiscation by shipper....WTF???? I refused to sign the release, but regretably provided the ID, but refused to sign the release. They said that my card had been declined and so they were ensuring it was not a fraudulent transaction. At the time of ,my order the were sufficient funds, however due to their delay, the funds were no longer available and I requested as a courtesy due to their delay they wait and run again on Friday. Today I get an email saying that my card declined again and they are cancelling my order............. their practices are potentially fraudulent in my opinion and definitely a scam. Do no order from this company!

Best Service anywhere. I agree with Martha Burr, they have anything you need at any price point so you don't need to bust your budget. I sent a $15 Pinot to my sister in Kentucky for her birthday and it was so easy. As it turned out Kentucky is not a very free thinking state and they don't let you ship wine but as the helpful girl, I think her name was Catherine, said the chances of losing the wine was minimal and sure enough her word was proven to be true. She allowed me to spend about ten minutes inquiring about the different choices she had offered. Her descriptions also were understandable and not snooty at all.

Lastly they have one, if not the best craft beer selection on any website I've surfed. I just got an email from their beer guru Graham talking about a few new items they have; I'VE FOUND MY HOME!

Shipping scam... avoid them!. After taking your order, they contact you to sign a form with your credit card info. It's a trick to make you sign a statement that they are not responsible for delivery damage. They then can ship your stuff in poorly packed containers and if something breaks they don't have to cover the loss. It's a total scam.

Greed, hubris, and lousy selection. I'll never understand the praise that this wine shop receives. I've shopped at Wally's (or tried to) several times over the past few months and have been disappointed every time. There's no question that they offer decent service based on the fact that one of their floor employees is likely to trail you through the shop. But it's a pity that the floor staff seem to know so little about wine--at least wine that hasn't already been given a high point score by a wine lifestyle magazine. There is a remarkable lack of creativity in the wines available in the shop and, when you couple that with the fact that other local shops offer most of what Wally's has on hand for 15-20% less, Wally's comes off as a big fat zero of a store. Wally's may have been a decent place once upon a time, but now it's just a dull, overpriced mess with lazily made wine selections, uneducated staff and an unappealing sense of entitlement.

Buyer Beware. I placed an order with Wally's as they were one of the few companies that carried several obscure cocktail ingredients that I needed. Shortly after placing my order I received a phone call stating that my order had been "destroyed" and that if I wanted to replace my order it would come out of my pocket, but I would still be responsible for paying for my "destroyed" order that was never delivered. Further, I was not provided with any evidence or description as to how and when it was "destroyed". They then threw some salt in the wound by telling me they would pay for the cost to reship a replacement order, presumably with the same company that "destroyed" my first order. I asked them how many orders would I have to pay for before I could be guaranteed safe delivery. Unbelievable!!! At this point, I would feel more comfortable dealing with some internet scam outfit from Nigeria than Wally's. It was like being the butt-end of a candid camera routine without a camera and being out of pocket $150 at the end of the skit. How does this company stay in business??? I will update my review in the event they step up and make things right. If not, I would seriously reconsider ordering anything through this company, unless you have money to burn and are feeling especially masochistic that day!!! Buyer certainly beware here!!!
