Always Satisfied. Great hang out.. I've been to a variety of hookah lounges, just to see which ones have the best service & hookah. Of all the ones I've been too, Rouge never disappoints. Food is always seasoned right and the Hookah flavor lasts for a while (doesn't burn/choke as quick as other places). Sliders, Fries, Beer & Rouge Remix Hookah = satisfied me.

Great Food, Great Service, Amazing Hookah. I have tried all of the local Hookah places in the region, and hands down Kaffe Rouge is now my favorite. The Hookah was amazing, and they payed constant attention to making sure it lasted a long time. Definitely appreaciated that. We also had some sliders and I must say, their food is legit. We will be coming back here again on the regular. Ambiance, Food, Hookah, Music...My new it spot!

AWSOME!!. This Hookah Lounge/ Restaurant is a great place to hang out with friends and/or loved ones. They have really good food, especially their Seasoned Fries....YUM!.. They also prepare hookah for your enjoyment with great music .. The one downfall is that their service is a bit slow but nothing that would get frustrating... Overall: AWSOME!

Best Food at a Hookah Bar - PERIOD!. So I stopped into this place about a week ago on a Thursday night. It looked trendy from outside but a couple of friends had been gloating about it so that was the real reason I wanted to put the place to the test. I say this with utmost honesty, I have NEVER had food this good at a hookah bar before. In fact, this place is one of my favorite eateries in Los Angeles. I think the hookah takes away the attention from the food every now and then but I think most people that I have spoken to have been echoing my praises. Great place for dinner and an even better place for their fresh to order desserts that are amazing as well. This place gets the thumbs up!

Cool Atmoshere!!!. First time I went there I was amazed by the unique atmosphere and decor. I thought it was going to be another hookah lounge, but it was more then that. The food was great, especially the “rouge burger”. We went with a group of 4 and our bill with food, hookah and drinks was only $80. I recommend making reservations on the weekends because they do get packed. Also if you want to really impress a date, make reservations for one of the 4 VIP beds. ;)

Best Hookah Spot in the Valley!. Very unique place in terms of the atmosphere. It was my first time there a couple days ago and I'll definitely go back. For those of you that have never been definitely make sure to ask one of the servers to show you the VIP Lounge - 4 huge beds where you can dine and smoke hookah...simply amazing! Also, I'd recommend getting the stuffed shrimp appetizer - WOW! Great place and definitely worth a visit.

Best restaurant/ Lounge. Kaffe Rouge is by far one of the best lounge type restaurants Ive been too. The food is amazing, the aura is very enticing and comfortable, and the service is great.

I definetly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy the service and food of a five star restaurant in a very comfortable, enjoyable, and unique environment.

Grand opening weekend was packed!!!! the crowd was fun! im looking forward to spending my weekends there,! if youre thinking about eating, having a good time, and smoking hookah this is definetly the place for u!! Ask for the manager, Vlad when you go there, hell make your stay a hundred times more enjoyable!!!
