i've been seeing tina for awhile now and my face has never been in been more radiant. i'm a small business owner and i send all of my clienmts to belle visage....and that's no joke! i would never recommend someone's services that i didn't use myself. i don't recommend just anyone and belle visage has never let me down with any and all services.....my clients love and use most of the services they offer. i will continue to highly recommend!

Worst in-the-chair-experience, worst
post-facial result, worst customer service.
With their tried and true aesthetician gone, you're likely to get a woman who will spout off about how "jesus brought you" to her chair. Not only that but you can expect an exfoliation so abrasive that, even if you have never had acne in your life, it may emerge as a result. And finally, if you think the management will refund your money after enduring the highly inappropriate bible talk and subsequent acne, think again.
Overall, this was the WORST facial I have ever had, followed by the WORST acne and, topping it off, the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

Unethical. I have been a client of one of the nurses at this facility for years I called the front desk requesting this nurse by name they said she was available and I made my appointment with her, so I thought. I came in for my appointment on the specified day and time and when the nurse came out to take me back for my appointment there was the other nurse that I have never seen before I asked where the nurse was that I usually see and they said she is no longer there. I asked why when I booked why didn't they tell me that she wasn't there any longer? She said oh we have the same name. I know for a fact that this nurse that was standing before me had a different name, and there she stands before me wearing a name tag with the old nurses name on it. WOW. I have heard of bait and switch but this sets a new record. They are supplying MEDICAL treatments and are deceiving people about who patients will be seeing. Needless to say I will not be going back and I will be telling everyone I can about this unethical situation

Very accommodating.
I was looking all over Studio City, Sherman Oaks area to find a last minute bikini wax. Half of the places I called, there was no answer, the other half couldn't work with me. When I called Belle Visage, they put me on hold for a few seconds and came back to tell me they could take me in the afternoon. When I asked if there was anyway I could come in earlier, they said unfortunately I would have to be there in less than 5 minutes (luckily I was close!). I got there about 8 minutes later and Michelle took me in and, though in a hurry, wanted to make sure I was happy with everything before needing to shove me off for her next scheduled appointment.
I will definitely go back when I can make an appointment and not have to squeeze myself in. Great people!!!

Know before attempting to make a comment!.
I have been going to Belle Visage for years and love the staff!! With my personal experience, Tina has been very accomdating with my schedule and the staff treats you like family!
In all of my years of going to Belle Visage for several different treatments, I have never known Belle Visage as a hair salon. SO I HAVE TO SAY SORRY DAVIDWILL. If you want to write a bad review in regards to personal attacks, you might want to research the company you're writing a review on!

Friendly Staff!. I have been going to Belle Visage for about 3 years now. LOVE it!! The front desk is friendly and everyone there treats you like family!! I have experienced services with all of the nurses and have felt comfortable with all of them. I would suggest Belle Visage for medical and spa services to everyone I know in Los Angeles!!!

I'm in love with this spa. Finally a great place I can trust. I've searched for the past 2 years and now I'm satisfied with all my spa needs. I read a negative review on the staff but on the contrary...I thought they were the sweetest ladies I've met in los angeles. Best facial!! and now I'm fully bare down there which my boyfriend loves. Don't be "haters" because the staff is really good looking. They put the beauty in beauty spa for sure. I guess I'm just a confident gal. I'm yours Belle Visage
