Great products, awful shipping

These products are pricey but wonderful. The problem is everything else: Bottles that won't open. Shipping the wrong item, etc.
What a shame.

Amazing products, super sweet staff

I just got a facial and a homeopathic consultation and totally loved the entire experience. The facial included some of the most amazing and best smelling products that I've ever had used on me. The room was soothing, the facialist was great and did I mention the products? The products, oi, incredible. When I walked in I had serious menstrual cramps and was so disappointed my spa day was going to be ruined but they gave me some sort of homeopathic thingy that got rid of them completely in about 10 minutes. I ended up buying a bunch of remedies from them so we'll see how well it works on my other stuff but so far I'm incredibly impressed. Very clean, nice space, knowledgeable and sweet staff and great, but expensive, products.
