Friendly, Clean, Professional, Great deals!. I've been going to Rio Tan for a while now. They are always friendly. The place is always clean and very well kept. They do suggestive selling on better upgrades and lotions but it's never a hard sell and I never feel pressured. I have had amazing results using the lotion they sell. I have very sensitive skin and i find moderate tanning helps keep it looking good. The package I'm on now allows me to come in minimally to maintain my tan without spending a ton of money. I love this! Thanks Rio Tan!

Best salon in town.. I have been avoiding getting a tan because everywhere I have gone the staff at the other salons were either rude or just trying to push me to buy something that I just don't need.

Going to Rio Tan was very refreshing since the owner was there herself and she was so down to earth and took so much pride in her salon and you could tell that she really appreciated me coming in. I had no hesitation buying a package and a lotion for that matter. The tanning bed and salon was spotless and I got color from just one session.

I never write reviews but this one was well deserved.

Wow!!!!!. It seemed like the tanning version of "Cheers", with the owner (?) knowing each person that came in by name, and presenting the packages to me in the most straightforward manner imaginable. The bed was spotless...she recommended a tan time, but after using the beds of competitors in the area, i insisted on the full time.........I should've listened!!!

All in all, a great experience that ANY business person from ANY business should take a tip from. definately a little oasis from the stress thats ouit there!

Wow!!!. really great experience, friendly staff, and i got results after the first session. Bought a package and a lotion and still spent less than $75.........they said its been in venice for over twenty years....I can see why!

love it!. By far the best tanning place in town. Rates are great, especially for los angeles areas and they always run specials!!

Great Experience. After a bad experience elsewhere, we came here....not only were the prices reasonable and the service great....but one of the American Gladiators was there! He told me hed been going there for years, and that most of the pro fitness people go there before their events.

I tan at an upscale salon in Santa Barbara, but just the results from thir cheapest bed here was great. My girlfriend loved the whole experience, and thought Ves (?) was pretty helpful (and hot!!!)

Poor Kentucky Girl...you shouldnt be bitter about working at another tanning salon.... This place rocks...from the super friendly staff to the relax atmosphere...

A big plus also for not charging us an arm and a leg like most competitors.

Highly recommended.

NOT trying to rip you off.. So refreshing! Compared to so many other salon I have been to, this one actually does not want to rip you off , but makes sure you know exactly what you are paying for. I was so thrilled by how nice they were and the low pressure attitude. I felt so good when I left and could see a result already after just one session. I'm so exited about the wonderful hospitality. Can't wait to go back.

love the salon. I agree, so happy that Rio Tan is back with Joe and Helle, this is truly a comfortable salon and the beds are as clean as could you eat on them. I love the people working there, there are no snobby attitudes just cool friendly people. I visited several other salons in the area when it wasn't Rio Tan and everyones prices was crazy. Rio Tan's prices are awesome and I can afford to tan again and I always gets an awesome tan there. And for the other review; it's not the Philadelphia cheesesteaks, Helle just had a baby boy, that I have seen in the salon several times. It sounds so bad when people need to make comments like that about other people.
