Kitchen Remodeling. The quality of work was superior; much better than any other contractor because you have a shafran construction. The materials used were of high quality. The workmen were polite,knowledgeable and always explained in detail when you have any questions. Every aspect of this project was a pleasure and the finished results are fantastic. Shafran construction scheduled many project with kithchen remodeling.

Best Contractor!!!. Patrick and his crew are INCREDIBLE! If you are in need of a contractor you must give Modaa a call and at the very least have them come out and give you an estimate. I promise you will not be disappointed. This is what you'll get:

1. A honest assessment of the work that NEEDS to be done.

2. A quote that will remain the same and not change as the project takes place.

3. Attention to detail- Patrick is a detail oriented person, more so than myself and I'm nuts about specifics, lines, overall placement, look ambience and what not. He totally beats me. He'll work on the project as if he were working on his own house.

4. Clean and always on time. The space that is being worked on is never a mess! REALLY. Somehow even while the project in underway the area is always maintained. And after, it's cleaner than when the work began. Patrick and his crew are very particular about making it a stress free environment for everyone involved being that construction is stressful enough.

I can't stress how important it is to give this company a call if you need to have work done. They saved us thousands of dollars. We just bought a house and had a leak, it was horrible. We thought we would have to tear out the old Spanish tiles and redo the entire shower and part of the bathroom. It was a unexpected expense that would have broke us. Patrick took his time, brought in numerous experts- really- never giving up that there may be another way thru this. After finally surrendering and going over the cost of the redo, he thought of one other option, tested it, and actually fixed the problem without tearing out a single tile! He very well could have gone forward with the project and charged us a ton but didn't.

One last note- He and his workers are exceptional and totally trustworthy. I often left the house unattended while they worked and never had a single issue. And while I worked from home they were never a problem, if anything often helped me from time to time:)

Give them a call and save yourself a world of stress, money and time. You'll find a wonderful relationship with him you can count on time and time again.
