aka SNOBB OPI concept salon

I've only ever tried to make an appointment at this place and the staff couldn't be more rude or unhelpful! I thought maybe it was just someone having a bad day, but after the 4th time, I think it's kinda the way they do business.
Judging from the other reviews, I'm steering clear of this over-priced SNOBB salon.

Not bad...but not as GREAT as hoped

Nice salon! ......and nice enough staff!........ but overall not not worth the value. Kinda bummed...but oh well.
$40 pedicure + $5 tip = $45 = way too much$$$ for what I got.

Relaxing, High Quality, Friendly, and Professional Service

Going to the RobB OPI Concept Salon is more than just getting a quick mani/pedi, it is really about the entire experience. RobB Salon is a beautiful and relaxing place where you can actually enjoy getting your nails done, rather than having it just be yet another errand to do after work or on the weekend. A visit to this salon is truly something to look forward to every couple of weeks.
From the minute you walk in it's a winner... every OPI color is available, a beverage is served to you during the service, the magazine selection is top notch, there are individual plasma tv's mounted at every station, it's a green salon, the technicans are meticulous, skilled, and personable... literally they thought of it all.
My fav is the "soak off gels" it is a nail polish and applicaiton process on your natural nail that doesn't chip. Just what I've always been looking for!!!
Additionally the salon just recently partnered with Damone Roberts, the Eyebrow King of the Stars, and hired on one of his "Brow Divas" that that was personally trained by Damone... my brows have never looked so good.
I'm definetley hooked!!! You have to try this place!

Are You Kidn Me?

WOW are you kid'n me with the prices for the quality of service/ work... This salon is brought to the public by the eyebrow guy who thinks he's Diana Ross... and can I say that this place is pretty but that's as good/ positive as it gets. 3 things I have to suggest is hire more qualified people, by god offer more competitive/ reasonable pricing, and don't pretend you're in an area that you are not.... I would love to really love this place...
