A Long Search Comes to an End!!!!!. My first criteria for a sofa was it had to be comfortable! For my wife it was the design. That meant we've been hunting for"the sofa" for a long time.

When a friend heard about our search, she told us about her experience buying a sofa at..... The

Sofa Company! It was customized and she was happy with the results. " Go and look, " she said.

So we did, and our search ended. There was a problem finding the right fabric, but Jeannie was very patient and help us in making our decision.

Delivery is still ahead and we're looking forward to a happy ending.

Have your sofa your way... The staff at the Sofa Company is wonderful. Jeannie helped sift through the many swatches of fabric for us. She listened to what we needed and gave us the books based on our price range, color preference, and fabric needs.

I would totally recommend working with her.

The sofa is a quality, made in LA product. Delivery time was very long. If i had to do it over again, I would get something that was already made since we could not buy anything else for the living room until we saw what the sofa really looked like. It would be better if they had some software that could show what the final product would look like in a specified living room.

I might have chosen something else if such a software was available. We still like our sofas but we underestimated the space. Also, you can't cancel the order since it is customized.

With that said, if you know what you want or need a little guidance, I recommend you go to Jeannie at the Sofa Company. She deserves 5 stars!!! =)

An Excellent Choice. Happily, our history includes buying more than one sofa. Of all our experiences, we believe our recent experience at the Sofa Factory was the best. A very friendly and helpful staff person guided us through the selection process without any pressure.

Once you’ve decided on a design, staff’s expertise is a great help in selecting from a huge inventory of fabric types, textures and colors.

Good place to buy a sofa. The Sofa Co had by far the widest selection that we've seen, of both sofa styles and fabrics. They were willing to work with us and to go beyond their standard sizes, to modify the sofa to fit into our living room. The room is tight, and the modifications, while small- and I don't think all that easy for them to do- made a huge difference in the appearance of the couch and the room. There was no real sales "pressure" at all, the service just sold itself.

Good value furniture, excellent sales staff. Helpful sales staff answered all questions with zero pressure. Sales staff listened to all of our needs and offered many helpful suggestions (limited space, pets, color, wearability, etc.). We visited 3 times before purchasing; sales staff (all 3 members present) remembered us and gave us time and space to try out models/options and make a decision. Ultimately, we were amazed to find so many options for our specific needs. Because we modified the actual size of the sofa model, a 3-5 week delivery time seemed well within reason for a custom sofa. We would definitely recommend The Sofa Company to a friend.

Easy shopping. After a month of shopping for a sectional, we enden up at the sofa company. We were pleased with that experince. The salesperson, Jeannie, was very helpful. She helped us with the fabric selection, the sectional style, the dimensions with no pressure at all. It was easy to customize our sectional. Now, we are looking forward for the delivery day!!

so easy. I was really surprised at the ease of selecting a sofa at this place. I wasn't expecting to make a decision to buy that day, however, w/ the help of a great salesperson, I was inclined to buy since the experience was very easy. One drawback at the moment is that I am still waiting for my sofa after over 9 weeks...
