I was so lucky to have found Attorney Robert Bernstein. I had already hired another lawyer to work on my case, but he never returned my calls. I started calling other lawyers to see if they could help and Mr. Bernstein knew exactly what to do for me. He handled getting my file from the prior attorney and even got some of my money back! I was extremely happy with the result Robert achieved. Unlike other attorneys, Robert actually cares and will update you every step of the way. Don’t waste time or money on another criminal attorney.

Excellent Federal Criminal Defense Lawyer

Mr. Bernstein helped me through one of the most traumatic times of my life. I was facing Federal charges of loan fraud, bank fraud and conspiracy and needed a Federal Criminal Defense Lawyer. Mr. Bernstein always made the time to meet with me and he fully prepared me for numerous interviews with Federal Investigators. My case took almost a year to resolve and I felt completely protected and confident the entire time. In the end, he negotiated an amazing deal for me. NO JAIL!

I just wanted to thank Mr. Bernstein for going above and beyond my expectations. I was charged with a felony offense last year and I thought I was going to jail for a very long time. I had hired another lawyer who did absolutely nothing for me and wouldn’t even return my phone calls. Thank god I found Mr. Bernstein. He always took my calls and kept me updated and involved in my case. I could tell he actually cared about my situation, which was very comforting. Not only was he able to get my charge reduced to a misdemeanor, but he negotiated an amazing deal in which I served NO JAIL TIME! Thanks for everything, Robert!

Best Lawyer in California!

When I got charged with felony possession and distribution of a large amount of cocaine, I was terrified and had no idea what to do. Since I was in jail, my family did a search on the computer and found Robert Bernstein’s website. When my brother called him, Mr. Bernstein was able to explain everything and even met with him that very day. Mr. Bernstein was able to get my sentence suspended, and instead of prison, I went to a residential drug rehabilitation center. Mr. Bernstein saved my life – not just because he kept me out of prison, but because of the rehab, I am now drug-free and have a real job for the first time ever. I know if I went to prison, I’d go right back to using and dealing as soon as I got out. I didn’t even know rehab was an option – thankfully Mr. Bernstein did! He saved my life! The best Attorney in California!

A Life Saver

Last year, I was charged with felony assault and false imprisonment. I was facing penalties that would have ruined my entire life. I met with several attorneys, but Mr. Bernstein was the only one who really took the time to explain everything about my case and even made a few phone calls on my behalf – before I even hired him!

Mr. Bernstein was able to convince the judge to drop the false imprisonment charge and reduce the felony assault charge to a misdemeanor. I was sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation and no jail time! Further, the victim wanted a ridiculous amount of restitution that would have taken years for me to pay. Mr. Bernstein was able to get the amount lowered to a fraction of what the victim wanted and I was able to pay and put this whole situation behind me.
