The supject of wigs makes me feel embarasssed and uncomfortable. I am very self conscious about my hair loss. I have spent a lot of money over the years on high priced-and low quality wigs. Many of these stores had little interest in their clients. Then I met Tracey. She was so kind and sympathetic, she immediately put me at ease. It was obvious from the start that this woman is very special. She is as professional as she is kind. She was always prompt and very accomadating. When I had to go out of town, Tracey made sure I had my wig in time. What a relief!

Her focus was solely about how I felt: Was I comfortable, did I like the look, the fit? Studio Hair Dept didn't scrimp on the piece-it was thick and beautiful. I went and got it cut, and it looks amazing! I look 10 years younger!

I t was sheer luck that I found Studio Hair online. And believe it or not, Tracey still calls to check on me!

So thank you, and bless you for all your hard work, and for making me feel pretty again.

Hair pieces that have change my life.

I began experiencing hair loss at age 15, by age 20 it was obvious and by 22 I was diagnosed with Androgenic alopeica. Living with hair loss has been very difficult. After years of hibernating and over $1000's spent on hair pieces that looked fake and were uncomfortable I knew there had to be a better way.

I began researching wig stores that had reviews so I could find a credible source when I stumbled on citysearch. Unfortunately there are many individuals/companies which are making profit off women who are experiencing hair loss and Trace is exactly the opposite of this. After reading raving reviews about Trace and her hair pieces I contacted her and ordered a custom piece. I am now on my 3rd piece and my 4th hair piece is currently in production. Trace truly listened to what I needed and made me hair pieces which surpass what I envisioned. Because of the beautiful pieces I’ve gotten from Trace I am socializing more, dating and most importantly feeling beautiful.

Trace has educated me on how to take care of my hair pieces something no other person/company selling hair pieces had ever taken the time to do.

Her prices are very reasonable, the quality is truly far superior from to pieces I had bought from The Hair Shop, His & Hers Hair Goods, The Wig Company and a few online stores.

She matched my hair color exactly and the pieces (scalp) look so natural I had to convince my friend I was wearing a hair piece. I have 2 curly pieces, and 1 straight piece and I am so grateful I found Studio Hair Dept. Best of all the pieces are comfortable and I can wear them for long periods of time, something I was unable to do with my past pieces. There is a reason this company has such great reviews, Studio Hair Dept truly met and surpassed my expectations.

Amazing Quality & Customer Service!!!(:

I was on a mission to find a indian hair full lace wig. Several hair companies claim to sell good quality human hair but after awhile they end up tangled and looking a mess! I have spent hundreds of dollars on "human hair" wigs and every time i was disappointed :( I finally came across studio hair and decided to give them a call. Tracey has to be one of the most kind and patient person i know!!! This was my 1st lace wig so had i SEVERAL question and she answered every single one of them! I was ALWAYS able to contacts her via phone and email. My mom and my sisters tried to convince me into not purchasing the the wig because they thought it would be like all my other wigs but I KNEW Tracey was a sincere person and she would not sell me a bad product. When i received the wig i was ecstatic on how beautiful it was! The hair was so soft! Even my mom and my sisters were impressed. I'm EXTREMELY with the wig!!! Tracey is an amazing person and thanks to her i have a wig that looks completely natural! I can't thank her enough! :D

Best Customer Service!

Tracey at Studio Hair is one of the nicest, patient, most professional vendors you will ever deal with. I ordered a closure which ended up not working for me and she was more than happy to promptly ship me the Bangin' Bangs in exchange. I was blown away by the wonderful customer service, the fast shipping, and the exceptional lovely quality of the hair. It works perfectly for me and every step of the way Tracey was in constant communication and it's apparent that she truly cares about her customers and their satisfaction and happiness. She is absolutely the best and so are their products! I recommend them highly and would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Studio Hair and Tracey!

Best Hair Vendor Ever!

I had to register just to comment how well I was treated by the owner of this site. I always have questions and even via email you can tell when someone is giving the "brush-off" - not Tracey. She answered the questions I asked in specific terms - not vague generalities. The bangs closure I ordered was shipped to me immediately - a Saturday delivery and I'm in NY. I've have vendors in the same area code that couldn't manage to send out their product so this was a deal breaker for me. At long last I think I've finally found a vendor I can stay with and no longer hunt for the "next hot thing". I won't even be selfish - I'm spreading the word to my beautician and friends! Long live Studio Head Dept.
