Amazing dietitian. My doctor sent me to Kitchen Coach because my cholesterol was high and I refused to go on medication. Afer just two months of working with Sarah my cholesterol was down well below normal, and my weight was down 10 pounds! Sarah made it easy and enjoyable. Im am still following a heart healthy diet like she taught me and feel confident that this is a long term solution for me. I see Sarah once a month now to check in because its an enoyable visit and it keeps me on track! I recommend Sarah to anyone who needs to see a dietitian.

Best dietitian in Los Angeles!. I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I have tried every "quick fix" diet there is. Sarah Mirkin, RD taught me that weight loss and diet did not have to be a struggle. She taught me how I could lose weight permanently simply by following a healthy balanced diet including foods that taste good and that are easy for me to prepare. Sarah helped me plan my meals, at home and on the go! She came to my home and went through my pantry and told me what I should keep and what I should not continue to purchase, and then took me grocery shopping to teach me how to make the best choices. I lost 20# in 4 months and am happy to say that I am at my ideal body weight! I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is struggling with their weight and wants to lose weight healthfully!
