The Best Weave I've Ever Had!!!!. I've been to several salons in the San Fernando Valley and walked away disappointed with the outcome. I was referred to this salon by a friend who gets her hair done by Jama. This lady is awesome! I have never had a weave that looks this good. I can't tell you how pleased I am.

I highly recommend anyone looking for a great hair weave to see Jama.

Excellent Service!!!!!. I am a NJ native and a licensed cosmetologist. I have been in the SFV for a year and have been trying to find a stylist since. Not only is Jama and her team polite and customer friendly, they are also extremely talented. She provided me with the BEST sew-in weave that I have ever had. Words can't express my level of satisfaction. I was discouraged intially by some of the reviews that I saw....but I am glad that I gave them a try. This salon is GREAT!

CHECK OUT THIS SALON FOR YOURSELF!!!. Jama has a successful salon and the lady does an excellent job with my hair. She does my micro-link extensions every three months, I follow her instructions and not one has fallen out. My hair looks great & I get compliments all the time.

My One Stop Beauty Station!. Hi I'm a muli-media producer and I send all my associates, employees and myself to Jama for our hair and nail needs. Most of us at the studios must have that ready for prime time look for our Movie, TV, or Runway spots. Jama made it an easy choice for me and my company to do business with her, we have come to depend on the quality in hair styles and make-up she has given us for more than three years, thank you Jama you're my Hero! Jama is a Very Good Hair Dresser. I've reviewed all of the black and some white hair salons in the Valley and neighboring areas. I noticed everyone of them had negative commentary, at first I was appalled at this and didn't know where to take my business. It left me little choice but to call and see for myself who I could trust. My first judgement was made from their knowledge over the phone, second in-house consultation, third was to experience the skill level. To be very honest I have no idea why a few of these salons have gotten bad reviews especially this salon imparticular. I did my best screening because I want only quality care for my hair and I got what I was searching for. The best answer for some of these negative comments that have been given must have been something personal instead of a critique of this salons professional ability. These negatives comments make it tough for someone like me to make a choice without serious research. The only answer for me is to do the homework!

BEWARE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!. I will spare you the details. But I should have went with my gut on this one. She had all the signs of a nickle dime artist.

Ran down a list of services she charged you for after she starts your hair. She could not do what I needed to have done so she stated I needed the more expensive extensions. When she did my microlinks 20 fell out after a week the 17 fell out. She had the nerve to then tell me

"Well next time they fall out we can start putting in your new weave" and "You should have got the silcom (yeah she said silicom instead on silicon) beads. When I took her all the supplies in advance. She had an excuse for everything.

She is greedy and does shoddy work everyone will be able to tell you have extensions.

I went to a more professional stylist and my hair looks great. She didn't nickle/dime me and had reasonable prices was prompt.

BEWARE JAMA IS HORRIBLE!

She is either writing her own reviews because they sound as cheesy as her commercial or a friend is.

JAMA WILLIAMS is an EXCEPTIONAL HAIR STYLIST!!!. My first visit with Jama Williams was a wonderful experience. Jama did an exceptional job putting my weave in. I am VERY, VERY PLEASED! Her braiding technique was flat and it didn't hurt my head. Thank God! "I didn't need to take Advil." She cut layers into my weave and styled my hair beautifully.

Jama is my new "WEAVEOLOGIST." I just wish I'd found her sooner! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER SERVICES!

An experience beyond my DREAMS!. I visited Jama Williams Hair Studio and Nail Spa and was pampered from the moment I walked in the door . I received a fabulous hair cut and Spa treatment. I have vowed to never go anywhere else!!! You must come and experience the relaxing and intimate ambiance along with high quality service that will keep you coming back!!!
