Horrible Experience

Horrible!!!

This is what happened:

I purchased a Groupon for $97 which was going to get me three sessions on one large area. When I called in to make the appointment, the man I spoke to said that technically the one large area referred to in the Groupon was either upper OR lower leg but that he would go ahead and sign me up for the whole leg and that it would take a little bit longer.

When I got to the center and told this to the receptionist they immediately denied it and started calling me a liar and that I was making everything up!!

When I tried to explain my point of view they started yelling and speaking over me, not allowing for me to express myself. In frustration, I asked to speak to the manager and they called him for me.

He almost instantly hung up on me saying he was driving and that he didn't want to get a ticket because of me, then walked in with a bluetooth set (which last I recall, is completely legal). He then called you and told you that I was scaring away all his clients while I was actually the only person there!!

I must say I was very disappointed as I work in customer service and would NEVER treat anyone the way I was treated!!!

The Groupon guy offered me a refund which was really nice...but I still had to drive 45 minutes each way to get there and shaved which I know is not your business (but for girls it matters since when you shave, you grow

Acne

I went here for acne treatment, and was suprised at how much my skin improved. I have battled acne all my life, and have never felt good about my skin, but I do now. I have a few treatments and the results are pretty incredible.

great laser hair removal

this is by far THE best place to get laser hair removal. 1st of all their prices are THE lowest around, 2nd of all they use THE best equipment (my hair is gone!!!) 3rd of all their staff is EXCELLENT!!!

Laser Hair Removal

This is by far the best place for laser hair removal for men. I went to a couple of other places that were geared towards women only and I found it very uncomfortable. The staff have is great! They offered me a free consultation with their doctor who made me feel very comfortable and set a very realistic goal for me. He did a few spot treatments on my arm and that really made me feel confident that I could tolerate the treatment. I had gone to another place and their machine was much more painful. I have done 5 treatments on my back and am very happy with my treatments so far. I have referred a couple of my friends to them and they have been very happy too.
