Bad Customer Service. We got a groupon for "two flights" and I went out there to have a date with my wife after calling ahead to make a reservation. When we arrived, they informed me that the groupon was for one person, not two. I pointed out that that wasn't clear on the groupon and wanted to split up the flights between my wife and I. The manager was rude and unhelpful. After driving through rush hour traffic and dedicating our night to the experience, they were not willing to help us out. Needless to say, I won't be returning to iFly Hollywood anytime soon.

why fly ?.
this was a pretty mild experience in the adrenaline scale. rides are extremely brief, (60 sec?) and they do not crank up the wind speed to let you do anything fun.
I signed up for one ride for about $40 , and got to go up with the instructor the first time, I decided to do a second one for $20 and they did not take me up the second time. the woman operating the machine said they only take you up ONCE if you go twice. I thought that was pretty LAME
two stars for 2.5 hour free valet parking, otherwise id give this one star. try skydiving or bungee jumping or kite boarding or trampolining or something else
it was kinda fun watching the instructors show off at the end, but i could just do that on youtube, or just be another gawker on citywalk for free.

Best Time Ever!!. I took my family this weekend and the whole experience was absolutely amazing!! Our Instructor was Awesome and made it easy for us to learn. I already had the luxury of Skydiving before and that doesn't compare to indoor skydiving. Feeling of flying is exactly the same minus the fear of having your parachute not opening. Indoor skydiving you can actually relax and concentrate on Flying. I recommend everyone trying it. I already scheduled my next flight.

Worst rip off ever!. First, the simulator is outside (which they do not tell you that), so strangers gawk at you as you awkwardly are in the flight tunnel. In fact, a few of them took pictures of me while I was in "flight". Second, they only lift you 3-4 feet off the ground. You dont get the sensation of flying at all. Third, you dont do a group flight like they say. It is nothing like in the pictures. Fourth, you have to wait for your entire group to finish which could take ages depending on what time you do it. Fifth, its expensive and they pressure to fly twice or more. Overall one of the most disappointing experiences ever. I wish I would have never ever done it. Oh and parking is expensive.

So much fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!. What a fun thing to do in LA, I took my friend here who was visiting from out of town. I LOVED it!

My husband loved this place!!!. I bought this for my husband for his birthday! He had so much fun he added another flight for 20 bucks and was hooked. It's all he wants for Father's Day so we are buying another package. Highly recommend. Staff is nice and made him feel like a rock star.

Awesome kid's birthday. Attended a party for my son's friend's birthday last weekend at ifly. All the kids had a great time and even some of the parents flew and got to join in on the fun. The staff was extremely helpful, not only with the flying but also with the party room set up, catering, and keeping ten 13 year olds in check. :) My son can't wait till his birthday to have his party here.

What a blast!. found out about this place from citysearch. it was so much fun, i can't wait to go again. i am too chicken to go sky diving from a plane, so this was perfect for me. i felt safe, but also got quite a rush!

Incredible Experience!!!. Just completed my flight earlier today. Instructors were great and helped ensure I had a great flight. I highly recomend for anyone that can physically handle it. Absolutely AMAZING!!!!

awsome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. i heard about this place from a friend so i convinced my boyfriend to take me there valentines weekend. it was so much fun!!! i am addicted now, can 't wait to go back. it really feels like you are sky diving.
