The website is easy to navigate. Orders are easy to place. Turn around time is accurate. Quality is fantastic each and every time I order. Customer service is more than helpful on everything (and I've had some real mind benders that needed solving.)
They do a fantastic job, the price is right and they will continue to get my business!

These guys are fantastic. Ordering online was super easy and their service is amazing. I had a 1 pixel white line across my image and the guy, vincent, from the pre-press department caught it before it went to print and helped me fix it! That's great customer service! I rave about digital room to everyone and tell everyone to use them.

Hottest Printers in Town!. Great website and awesome local pickup for anyone in LA. I love the fact that I can simply order from my office and then pick up my prints when they are finished. No need to stand in lines at the local kinkos. Awesome.
GREAT WORK and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I needed some prints done ASAP and these guys were the only ones to guarantee delivery on the date I needed them. I didn't expect the quality to be the best, but when I opened up the package, I was amazed at how great it was. No smudges on the print and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. They even called me to make sure I got it the way I wanted it. You are missing out if you are not ordering from these guys!
DON"T EVER GET WORK DONE HERE!! Terrible printer!!. Digital Room is one of the most unprofessional, rude and incompetent printers I have ever encountered. I gave them plenty of notice (about 4 weeks) to print a simple job- business cards- that they said would be ready in 5 days. In checking up after those 5 days, they kept delaying and putting me off until it came down to crunch time, where I needed the cards for an out of town convention, weeks after the order was due. After not returning any of my calls, and dodging my emails and messages, I finally got a hold of a manager, who was just as incompetent as the sales person who was supposed to be helping me. It turns out they hadn't even started the job yet, said that they didn't have the paper, and had no reason to offer why someone hadn't notified me of a problem. They wouldn't even offer a discount for the mess. I went empty handed to my convention, and they couldn't even mutter an explanation or a "sorry." Such a bad experience, they truly deserve to go out of business.
Worst Customer Service ANYWHERE!!!. This place must not get business by word of mouth because I have never experienced a less helpful, less friendly or less competent group of people in my life. After not having my print ready when promised (and thus ruining a huge birthday surprise) they didn't even say as much as "Sorry" or "Whoops--our bad". They simply said "It didn't get printed yet" and that was it. Then I sent multiple emails which went completely unanswered and when I finally did get someone on the phone, they said they couldn't put mounting brackets on the back even though the first person I dealt with said they could and would. I could go on and on, but let's just say I, nor any of my friends in the print/advertising business will EVER use these knuckeheads again.
