PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE UNDER ANY CONDITION, UNLESS FOR SOME REASON FOR THE PRICE OF A CAR WASH YOU DESIRE A VEHICLE AS UNCLEAN AS WHEN YOU BROUGHT IT IN BUT NOW GIFTED WITH NEW HORRIFIC DAMAGES! I brought my car in July 29 2010 to get a basic wash. Not only did they not wash my vehicle properly (my car had sap on it and they refused to wash it off the vehicle at all), they banged my windshield wipers so hard that the glass of my windshield CRACKED IN HALF. The entire windshield underneath the wipers is cracked horizontally from left to right. When I notified the supervisor of this, his response was to tell me I had done it myself and not noticed it. Hardly.

AWFUL!!

I took my new car in to get washed and waxed. When I picked it up there were scratches along the side of the door and the back of the car (I noticed that the rags they were using had been on the ground and think that little rocks on the rags may have been the culprit).

When I asked about it they pretended they had no idea what I was talking about and denied it. After leaving I also noticed that my floor mats were missing. I came back in to speak with the manager, who refused to look me in the eye and vehemently denied everything. I then spent 2 months attempting to get the owner on the phone. I spoke with the same receptionist numerous times and was never able to get in touch with anyone who could help deal with the issue. The damage they caused will cost me a new paint job and floor mats. Go elsewhere, these guys are horrible!

terrible experience

i live near bluewave and so i've used it quite a bit. but no more. the last time i was there was truly a terrible experience, far beyond the others. they messed up my gps system and had no regard for the problem or me. when the manager was called i thought i'd at least have a little regard, but not so. the previous visit my ipod headphones were stolen, this time the damage was far worse and they took no responsibility. do not use this car wash!

Theives at this car wash.

I went to this car wash, the car wash was ok. Gave the guy 5.00 tip. When I got home, I found that 10.00 worth of quarters were gone. Whoever lifted the quarters did not even leave one. When I called to speak with the "manager" he almost implied that I could be wrong. I am POSITIVE the quarters were stolen from this car wash. When I looked on the internet to find the phone number, I saw that many people have had problems with theft from this car wash.. For shame.
