Real pizza in LA. Pizza Buona is the first and only place in LA I've ever been able to find a real pizza. The pizza is done right (east coast style) meaning that the crust is tough and crispy the cheese is greasy and the sauce tastes just right. Even the shop itself reminds me of home. It makes me hungry just thinking about it.

Futuristic.... Blast from the past. While the neighborhood continues to gentrify; the quality, service and of course the pizza perseveres. Best pizza in LA. Rock on!!!

Nirvana. Still reeling at how good that pizza was. I didn't know pizza could be this good. Service was on time and pizza was delivered piping hot. I'm already thinking about ordering another tomorrow. There's a tear of happiness in my eye as I write this. Thank you Buono, my life is finally fullfilled.

Great Pizza. Best Pizza I've had since I've lived in LA. Crispy crust that's been burnt to perfection and the cheese is just oozing off!! I called and ordered delivery and it arrived in a half an hour, piping hot and they had given me parmesan and peppers without having to ask for it. All in all the pizza was delicous!!

Awesome Pizza!!. This dive-y place on Sunset in Echo Park rules. I recommend the eggplant and marinated tomatoes pizza, which is topped with tons of garlic (don't go here before a date). Also, their garlic breadsticks are AMAZING. And, they have a great house salad with a tasty home-made Italian dressing. Casa Bianca in Eagle Rock and Pizza Buona in Echo Park are by far the best pizza places in Los Angeles.

The Best Pizza in LA!!. Pizza Buona has the best pizza in LA. The crust is cooked to perfection, the sauce it outa-this world, and it's very cheesy and yummy-licious! It's a tiny little dive-not really for eating in-mostly for take-out but if you don't mind a bit of a wait and a very urban-funky atmosphere you'll be fine. It seems like it's been there forever, I hear the ownership is kinda new but the secrets are old country. Great for a mid-week meeting with friends or take-out any time.

Excellent Pizza. Pizza Buona is a close second to Village Pizzeria on Larchmont, for being the best in Los Angeles. It is a completely different place, but demands respect for the food. Buona is friendly and family run, and they get it right all of the time. Great crust and cheese.

A close Number 2 to the trendy Larchmont Village Pizzeria, but very good.
