independent art supply store..
This part of K-town is oddly reminiscent of San Francisco. Tops is part of a little strip of shops in a cute brick building, with parking behind the store.
When I walked in I was immediately approached by someone and asked if I could be helped. I told him I was looking for some Copic markers and he showed me around, pointing out all the different markers they had. They have a large selection of copic markers in all colors with different nibs. For a small store they have a wide variety of art supplies.
They were even nice enough to give me a student discount even though I haven't been one in eons.
I'll definitely be back.
