And I still choose Video Hut over Blockbuster even though I have a membership with both. Video Hut feels comforting - If you walk in from the backside you go through this long narrow hall with movie posters that you can glance over as you walk through. They have videos there that you can't find at Blockbuster- Good documentaries, foreign films, new movies. The staff is always pretty nice too.
- Pros: Open Late, Rarer Selections, Nice Staff
- Cons: Although Parking is Free, Valet for Restaurant Next Door always has to peep you out
By far the most respectful staff & environment.

When walking into any video hut location, you are greeted by a friendly staff & automatically feel welcomed. They have a wide verity of videos & DVDs for people of all ages, & interests. Everything is well organized & always in the correct locations. If you?re looking for a new release, or maybe just an old flick to watch, Video hut is the store that carries it all. If by any chance they don?t have the film your looking for, simply ask one of there employees & with no problem they will special order it for you. Now that?s what I call being treated like family lol. Highly recommend video hut to all of my friends & family for various reasons. Thank you video hut for making rentals fun & easy.
- Pros: Kind environment,Extremely reasonable pricing.
A response from a Video Hut employee...

"I own an online business services website and I recently was defrauded by individuals who were using stolen credit cards to place purchases on my website. I did a little research and found that the items were delivered to the address where video hut is located, these guys are crooks or have crooks working for them whatever you do, do not expose your credit card numbers to them."
I just thought I'd write a response to this review. The Video Hut on Vermont has P.O. Boxes that can be rented by customers. Because I don't know the exact details pertaining to this review, I can't say how relevant this information is, but it could explain why items were being shipped to the store.
