This place is not kid friendly!!! We are a gay couple with a 7 year old and have always taken her to the Ivy,Polo Lounge Etc. Sunday we went to Casita Del Campo(as we have many times) and was taken past empty tables to an empty room.When asked why,we were told it was their policy not to seat children in the main room and the old and bitter host tossed the menu on the table and walked away.WHAT??? It's a loud room in an ok place. We will never go back and be treated like that again.El Coyote is looking better again.

I'm ashamed to say I've been going to this landlocked roach coach on and off for 20-plus years, primarily because I'm lazy and it's very close to where I live. I've managed to mostly overlook the overpriced taco-stand quality food until now because the place is so spacious and convenient and the margaritas are actually pretty good. But the bar area is now a haven for newborns and toddlers. Save your money, load your flask with tequila and have a better (and much more satisfying) Mexican dining experience at the Burrito King down the avenue.

Best Mexican food in LA!!

The food is fresh, fresh, fresh!! Very tender rice and moist beans. The chips and salsa are to die for!! And not too expensive. The drinks are mediocre, but the food is definitely worth it.

THIS RESTAURANT HAS THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN THE LOS ANGELES AREA, IN MY OPINION...THE PORTIONS ARE HUGE AND THE BAR AND THE ATMOSPHERE IS AMAZING...MAKE THIS ONE OF THE PLACES YOU GO BEFORE YOU DIE:)

BEST TACOS AND SERVICE

I have been to Casita Del Campo about 15 times, and yes everytime I go I always leave happy. I know one server there, he's the older mexican gentlemen and he is a great server who is always friendly and attentive. I would suggest trying to the chicken tacos plate. The chips and salsa are absolutely amazing, and the chips of course are freshly baked.

If you are looking for an authentic mexican restaurant with a to die for environment, well this is the place.

It's adorable inside and as charming and authentic as mexican can get in SILVERLAKE mind you!

Cute people too.
