You had me at Santa Fe Frittata. All I gotta say is Santa Fe Frittata! An open faced omelet with chorizo, roasted pastilla chilies, grilled onions, diced tomato, tortilla chips & jack cheese, topped with ranchero habanero sauce, scallions, cilantro and sour cream - to die for and it's only $10.

My friend had the Cali California omelet which was sooo good, I stole a bite.

The service was fast and the staff was friendly.

We will be back hopefully soon cause there are so many other dishes I want to try!

Posers, Awful Service, "Lesbians Eat Out"???!!!! WTF!?. Absolutely the most poser-esque place in the area besides Millie's except Millie's is NOT TRYING TO BE COOL...they just are. Imagine, 6, yes 6 guys standing around in a corner, all Mexican guys doing nothing but yakking it up at the counter at the top of their lungs....one of which wearing a shirt provided by establishment that reads, "Lesbians Eat Out", the other guy has one that reads, "Rehab Is For Quitters", another, "Got Beer". Yes, nifty I suppose....if you're not a Lesbian and you didn't go to rehab and ya don't mind their mindless pow wow in the corner that supersedes all other conversations....even the patrons. Slapping each other on the back, saying "F That Brother" and "Sh#t ya man...did you see what he was wearing? Hahahahaaa...". Paid $15 w/o tax or tip for some horrible Deli noodle soup shrimp thing that tasted like it was made in the back alley with a bunsen burner that you use while camping. Seriously, if u r a poser and like to show off your fancy new tattoo, spend your $ elsewhere that at least doesn't rape you with poor service, poor food, and subject you to 6 guys wearing classless shirts that, in some way, are trying to be "cool" and that love to have a good old weenie rub in the corner at the expense of diners trying to relax. Not cool, not hip, no good. Pose somewhere else BUT NOT AT FRED 62 on Hillhurst.

No tip no service. after 10 years of going to this resturaunt I loved the food, its in my area, and its open 24/7. The service is horrible. Its apparently an "industry-service" and the waiters can decide whether or not to serve you based on whether or not you've tipped before (I always tip, in cash and more than deserved but if its not more than a 5 buck tip you should be weary of the service). Sadly, I wont be returning and niether will many of my long time friends and regulars of this resturaunt. Its a shame when service like this is allowed at a good(food wise) resturaunt. As far as I knew, tips are optional based on service.

Rudest, Unattentive Waiter Ever!!. I had a HORRIBLE experience. The food was excellent but the waiter ruined the whole dining experience for my party. We will never be back EVER!! It took forever for the waiter to pay any attention to us. The place was dead but he would rather sit and talk to his friend at the counter than work. The food is overpriced and you are excessively overcharged for extras (items like cheese, sour cream, onions). They even charged for a side of ranch which most restaurants would never dream of charging you for. When we relayed to the waiter that we thought the charges for extras were excessive and the charge for ranch was unexpected, he said he agreed with us and had already told management that. We asked him to let them know that customers were unhappy with it. He then became condescending, rude, and sarcastic. He insulted us and made rude comments to us until we left. This place was an awful way to end an evening that up until this point was so much fun. If you want to pay too much and put yourself in a bad mood, this is the place to go. Our waiter should be fired!! I did call in and talk to management about it the next day. They were extremely courteous and said they would address the problem personally. Maybe I just had an awful waiter but the place itself is normally a decent place to go. It's hard to say.

crazzzyyyyyy LOVE IT. Great neighborhood diner that is very welcoming to ALL. Although the place can get very packed at times, the waiters dont seem to rush you, they are very curtious, friendly and unpretentious. This place is kind of retro, kind of new age, and attracts very interesting people with interesting thoughts or looks, or both. The day i went there, i probably saw all the possible shades of hair color ever created. The food was great as well. If you are a health freak, you might not like this place unles you order a salad and custom order the ingredients. They have great specialty sandwitches and they are not pricey at all ($7 - 9). Oh and before i forget, the mustard on the table is dijon which i thought was interesting. Oh and dont confuse the bathrooms for men and women, they are not labeled.

My new fave spot.... My friends and I came here on my birthday after seeing a show at the Arclight. The vibe was cool. The menu was huge (something for everyone). The prices are cheap and the portions were huge! And it's open 24 hours!!!

I'll definitely be coming back again and again!
