Even with some of the best Thai food in this area, I will never go back here again. I waited over a week to write this review thinking that I can let this pass, but unfortunately people need to know! Two Saturdays ago, we had a reservation at 6:30, allowing sufficient time for a show at 8 p.m. across the street. We placed our order (one appetizer and two entrees) at 6:40. It was quite busy but at 7:10 we inquired about our order and was told it would be out right away. 5 minutes later, we did get our fried calamari appetizer with our entrees "coming up right away." We informed the server we had tickets to the show and would need to leave in about 35 minutes. "OK, no problem." 10 minutes later she returns to our table and suggests that we cancel our order since it won't be ready in time. OK...get the manager! The very apologetic manager promises to get our order "right away" and brings out one entree 5 minutes later with the promise that the second would be ready "right away." Then finally at 7:45 we were told that since it was a special order (special order, my a** - it was right off the regular menu) it would be impossible to have the dish prepared on time and they would be more than happy to take the order off our bill. She acted like she was doing us a favor! (since when does one pay for something he/she wasn't served???). I consider myself a generous tipper and regardless of how poor the food was or how lame the help was, I always try to look on the bright side, but this was the epitome of the worst customer service experience and the first time I left no tip!

We took our relatives visiting from abroad for dinner there since they wanted to try something different from what they're used to. Anyway, this was recommended by a friend and we were definitely thankful because the food was excellent. Since it was our first time we asked the server for suggestions and she was very accomodating and gave us recommendations. We started with the thai toast shaped in little hearts (so cute), it was delicious. And the pad thai was definitely worth coming back for. This is a place where I would definitely come back to again.
Pros: Great food
Cons: Parking
