Best Mexican Food EVER!. Finding the place can be a bit confusing but when you do you'll never forget this wonderful hole-in-the-wall. The owner is a little Mexican woman who cooks Mexican cuisine in a little space. I've paid a lot more for a lot less tasty Mexican food throughout LA. She has no idea just how good her cooking really is -- I guess if you have it everyday you take it for granted, but I DON'T!

Her specialty (and what I order as often as I can) is her Mole Poblano chicken enchiladas. They are made from scratch with roasted peppers and a variety of nuts and sesame seeds. Not even while visiting Mexico City or Oaxaca Mexico have I ever found such a flavorful Mexican dish. The flavors blend perfectly on the palette and leave you hooked and in amazement.

It's casual and low key with in-cohesive decor but most tables are big comfy booths and the ladies are super nice. I'm giving this place 5 stars only because I can't give them 6!

Could be better. The first time I went there, I had the enchiladas. It looked good, but the red sauce tasted like ketchup. And they charged me quite a bit for what I got. They charge like $2 for every refill, which they did not tell me.

The next time I went there, I had the nachos. It was huge, and looked better than it tasted. It wasn't bad, but it sure wasn't anything to brag about either.

My problem with them is that their prices, in my humble opinion, is not proportional with the actual quality of food there.

The waitresses there are nice though.
