Great atmosphere, Bad Food

I've been here a few times with friends, and only for drinks (they have Cider on tap!!!), but after trying the food I gotta say...don't do it! The food wasn't good. At all. My burger was not cooked correctly and my friends fish tasted like it was old. And to top it off we waited for almost 15 minutes before the server came back so we could tell her. Come only for drinks and hang out. Don't bother with the food!

Cigarette Smoke, Bad food (think air plane), AWFUL SERVICE

Upon arrival (they do not take reservations), I walked through the courtyard as it filled up with the alternative crowd and b-list folks, all smoking. It looked like a marine layer. Our waitress, was obviously overwhelmed with her burden. After throwing down our menu, she returned some 12 minutes later for the wine order - then it was another 8 before we could get her attention to order the food.
Everyone is nice, but nice can't make up for the awful food. Its British pub, but worse. My chicken picatta was some sort of odd chicken breast shape; spongy, and the sauces was basically melted butter. The giant head of broccoli that came with it - well it was bigger than the chicken breast. The desert was decent, but who can mess up strawberries and whip cream.
I will not be going back, no part of this place is worth it.

Every Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 7pm, draft beers and well drinks are $3. Free cheese, crackers and a hot dish like bangers and mash are also served.
When to Go:
Wind up your weekend with free Sunday jazz at 7pm.

Take your pooch along, but don't expect to sit inside. Four-legged friends are welcome only on the patio.
