Great source for eclectic gifts from around the world.. A great find for marvelous little treasures, art and jewelry from all over the world. A great place to find gifts or to find something special for yourslef. The owner, Aklia, is often on the premises. She hand makes much of the jewelry herself.

Aklia seeks out rare, striking household decor from the Far and Middle East and North Africa, through her travels and cultivating a network of importers. Her small yet highly-organized shop occupies the corner of its building and is easily overlooked. Inside, the scent of incense and trancey sounds swirl around walls packed densely with African masks, Tibetan painted furniture, Moroccan lamps, organic soaps, "I [heart] Black People" tees, plus Aklia's line of chunky silver jewelry.
