This place is ran by unrefined, rude individuals that care more about making a dollar than pleasing the customer.
They recently started a Hollywood Sightseeing tour service under Superstar Celebrity Home Tours. My girlfriend and I signed up to take a tour and when we could not sit by one another, we politely asked to be refunded and were told that there were no refunds.
Things escalated quickly when I asked to see their no-refund policy which was located on a small posting inside of the store which we never saw as they book the tours and take payment outside. I told the owner this wasn't a good business practice and he then started yelling profane language and got in my face. Two police officers came over to diffuse the situation and said that they had a few disputes with the store owner and their management before.
As we were walking away, some of the employees from the Wax Museum stated that he gets in a least a fight a week with a customer. We never got our money back. Only $40 dollars lost, but it was the way that we were treated that got to me the most. It is amazing that places like this can stay in business.
