Worse Customer Service hostel and Hidden Cost. I call this hostel for a youth group trip to LA but only after few conversation with customer service, he hung up my phone. The customer servcies is very unploite and very rude.

This hostel said they can provide shuttle bus service but they can't tell me how much it cost.

And the customer service told me the cost will depends on the arrival date. Then I ask him to provide the

shuttle bus company's name then I can check the approx. price, but he said he can't give it to me.

Then I told the customer service we will have about 20 kids will stay, he said they don't take large group.

Then I ask we can keep 6 people in a room (that's what the number of people allow each room),

this way we may need only 3 big rooms and 1 or 2 extra rooms. He start asking me do I not understand

what he said, he kept repeatly saying they don't take large group and hung up the phone right the way.

This place provide the worse customer service. I definitely won't recommend others stay in this place and I

will tell my travel agents suggest their client not staying here also.

Great location, ok place. I stayed here for a couple of days once, about five years ago. It's a hostel, all right, complete with bunk beds and European backpacking tourists who come to see the alleged glamour and glitz of Hollywood. You can't beat the location - it's literally right across the street from Grauman's Chinese Theater and the new Hollywood & Highland complex. Definitely for those travelers who want the full-on L.A. tourist experience. There's a subway stop across the street as well, for trips to Universal City, Los Feliz, and downtown L.A.
