What began as a small video rental store in Portland, Ore., in 1988 has grown to more than 2,000 locations across the U.S. From new releases to genre classics and indepenent films, Hollywood Video provides comedy, drama and horror flicks for a fraction of the ever-rising price of a movie ticket. Stores also offer previously-viewed DVDs for sale, video game rentals and must-have movie snacks including popcorn and Junior Mints.

Convenient. Dvd and Vhs videos are all moderately priced. Ample time is given to ensure that you have a spare moment to cuddle up with that special someone and watch that Drew Barrymore flick you have desperately been trying to evade. The gaming selection is somewhat limited. Only a copy or two of the big name titles. I don't even bother with such. In closing, the convenience can't be beat for those of you who work in the Wilshire area and wish to pick up a quick flick before going home.
